He walked us through the process and was very patient and accommodating, helping us with size recommendation and placement, changes to placement if we wanted to see it at a different angle, etc. and then he went to work and it was a breeze! The manager and assistant manager and head of HR wasn't present (I am suspicious that it's all the same guy) but at least there were pictures of him...even in the restroom (iykyk). I love that they are a custom shop and that even though this tattoo is basic, it still felt unique enough. He is true artist and clearly enjoys what he does. I was prepared for pain, especially at the lateral malleolus/ankle bone, but he was so gentle that it barely hurt. I also got a piercing and he was just as friendly and professional for that.
