The bathroom is clean and parking is abundant. The going rate is $15 an hour, which is perfect for working out a new song, or for trying out that new bass player. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted by the very friendly studio manager. The rooms all have top notch gear that you would find in other studios. Most important is the knowledgeable engineers they have working there.
