The manager and assistant manager and head of HR wasn't present (I am suspicious that it's all the same guy) but at least there were pictures of him...even in the restroom (iykyk). He was able to capture the softness I was hoping for and didn't try to steer me into something bigger or more elaborate as other artists have done in the past. I love that they are a custom shop and that even though this tattoo is basic, it still felt unique enough. He is true artist and clearly enjoys what he does. I was prepared for pain, especially at the lateral malleolus/ankle bone, but he was so gentle that it barely hurt. I also got a piercing and he was just as friendly and professional for that.
