I also had my 4yr old with me , we don't do iPads so he brings a backpack with toys with him and likes to talk, he can and will talk your ear off. Not one person seemed annoyed and even engaged with him! It made me so happy to see people genuinely care for not only me. But took the time to interact with my son. I felt very well taken care of today and have been talking about it all day. Would recommend to anyone. They gave me shots and made sure to get me on track to getting better asap. In which I already am! Cant say enough good things. Thank you thank you

Extremely disappointing and disrespectful experience…read more I would strongly caution other parents about this clinic based on my experience. I want to make it clear that the two female nurses who cared for my child were wonderful. They were kind, respectful, compassionate, and professional, and I genuinely appreciate the way they treated both me and my child. Unfortunately, my experience with the gentleman nurse who took over the shift was completely different. Rogelio was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful toward me as a parent. I made a decision regarding a specific procedure for my child and clearly communicated that I did not consent to it. Rather than respectfully listening to my concerns and having a professional conversation with me, he became visibly frustrated and belittling toward my choices. I felt as though my concerns about my own child's health were being dismissed simply because I did not agree with him. There is a huge difference between educating a parent about a medical recommendation and making that parent feel talked down to or disrespected for having questions and making a decision. What made the situation even more frustrating was that his attitude changed only after I contacted my mother-in-law, who is a PA, and asked her to speak with him. Once another medical professional was involved in the conversation, his demeanor suddenly became much more respectful and cooperative. That honestly made the entire situation even more disappointing. I should not have needed to call another healthcare professional for my concerns to be taken seriously. Parents should feel comfortable advocating for their children without being belittled, intimidated, or treated as though their opinions don't matter. I was advocating for my child, and I expected to be treated with basic respect. I am grateful for the two female nurses who were genuinely kind and professional, but unfortunately, the experience with Rogelio completely overshadowed the positive care we received from them. I will not be returning my family to this clinic. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses how parents are spoken to and treated when they have questions or make decisions regarding their child's care. No parent should have to feel disrespected or intimidated for advocating for their own child.

She was very upfront with the reason for her visit at the time of check-in and was charged $180 to be seen. They did NOTHING for her. She was told that they could not (or would not) write an order for a shoulder MRI. They suggested that she go to Direct Orthopedic Care instead. However, there was no refund of her payment. The front desk person should have been upfront that they do not do outside imaging referrals. Instead, they were too busy collecting her $180... Perhaps patient visits like this pay for the fancy lobby cappuccino machine? If you are experiencing any kind of muscular skeletal pain, don't bother wasting your time or money here...

No I didn't, tried looking but never assumed looking for that would keep my child who might have a broken from being seen. I took a work call while waiting which then I was told further delayed my child from being seen. And at least one other walk in went ahead of us. The gal at the desk was rude and didn't care one bit. Heard her speak on the phone to others and truly had no interest in being a helpful person. Appalled at the experience given we have paid the 206 every other time without incident.

However, I had a serious issue with my eye and was really concerned I had scratched something. Having terrible vision and being heavily dependent on my contacts (which I couldn't wear in this condition) to be able to drive or work, I knew I had no other choice on a Sunday morning. I was looking through my options at 5am and this one opened the earliest at 8am and was also the closest, so I searched their website, looking for details. I was able to do an online check in to get in line where I could choose a time or "earliest available." I received an email with a link that needed a 4 digit code from reception to complete registration. I was intending on showing up at 8am and just take my chances, but I didn't need to worry about that as Ashley tried to call me at 7:39am. I of course missed the call and couldn't return it as the system wouldn't let me through since they were still closed. However, she did call again while we were en route and explained the process and gave me a 4 digit code. I easily completed the registration in the parking lot, it was the most basic of information and then uploading the front and back photos of both my ID and insurance card. Then I walked right in at 8am where she greeted me and had me fill out a 2 page HIPPA form. I was only in the waiting room for a few minutes before the nurse, Sarah, called me back to get my vitals and takes notes on the reason for my visit. She spent an appropriate amount of time with me and repeated a few of the details before telling me that Dr. Tariq would be with me shortly. The longest I had to wait was a few minutes for the doctor to come in and again after she performed some tests on me (yay, nothing was scratched), maybe around 8 minutes or so for her to return from sending my prescription to the pharmacy. While I found her bedside manner great during the consultation, I did mention an eye ointment that had worked well for me in the past and she prescribed me some other eye drops that burned and didn't seem to work as well- well not as fast at least. I ended up being fine, but the paper work that was given to me with details/medicine instructions/similar said to return in 3 days if my condition had not improved. It had been expensive, so I considered calling and asking for the prescription to be changed, but was pretty sure they would make me return and spend more money. I have no intention of returning as it's nearly twice as much as seeing my own doctor, but I do appreciate that I have the option for a quick appointment in an emergency, including weekends. When viewed that way, I think this location is a good choice for what they are.

She received a text saying she missed her appointment while sitting in the waiting room. This was after many patients went ahead of her. Never go here. There is a reason the average rating is 1 star. Never go here. Also Lisa C, clearly your words mean nothing. I am immunocompromised and have lupus, asthma, heart issues, so respiratory illnesses are especially serious for me. I did receive some prescriptions, and I clearly told the nurse assistant to send them to CVS. However, they were sent to my local pharmacy instead. I had to call back multiple times to get this corrected. When I arrived at CVS, there were only two prescriptions available. I had to call back again to find out what happened to the cough syrup, and was told it had been sent at the same time. Ultimately, I was told to use over-the-counter cough syrup instead. I'm not a doctor, but I've been dealing with serious health problems since I was 23, and I know what has worked for me in the past. 875 mg Augmentin has consistently treated my sinus infections, and I usually receive cough syrup with codeine. During this visit, my biggest issue was severe rib pain from constant coughing, and I felt that concern was not taken seriously. Overall, I was not pleased with the care I received. Please listen more carefully to your patients, especially those with chronic and complex medical conditions.
