Two people came in while I was sitting and waiting (no appointment made) and a gentleman was told it would be a 5 min wait for a pedicure (after asking if he needed to come back later) and he immediately was directed to a chair. I could tell the other two were regulars by how they were greeted. After seeing this I remained patient but grew flustered seeing technicians finish and run to them just because they were spending more money. I sat for about an hour I acknowledged even when there were 3 technicians free. I would not recommend this establishment to out-of-towners.

The actual service wasn't any better. I requested an almond shape, and he just filed my nails to the point where it was painful. The drill hurt and the shaping was uneven. I also felt over charged for what should have been a simple fill. Within a few days, my nails started lifting and even getting caught in my hair. Not only is that frustrating it's a sign of poor application. They already look terrible, and it hasn't even been a week. Overall, I had an awful experience here. I always smudged throughout my day or drew them on unevenly. I was skeptical about permanent brows, since I don't wear a lot of makeup. Malyia took her time (at least 45 minutes!) during my consult and mapped out my brows and arches to what she thought looked best and then she tweaked them to my liking. She cut my finger and filed my nails so roughly. She didn't seem to know what she was doing, and wasn't consistent between each hand.
