I have mixed feelings writing this review. I want to start by acknowledging that Jennifer did a beautiful job with our wedding flowers on September 21st, 2024. The arrangements were exactly what we wanted, and we were initially very happy with her services. However, I feel compelled to share what happened after the wedding. Jennifer offered to preserve my bridal bouquet and took it with her after the reception. Since then, she has completely stopped responding to any form of communication. The last response we received was a text message on October 23rd. Since then, we have tried: multiple phone calls and text messages, numerous emails, social media messages. We even tried in-person to her home. We drove from Arizona only to speak with her mother who promised a response that never came; her daughter, Jennifer was home but didn't feel well to come down to give us the bouquet. This bouquet holds tremendous sentimental value, and at this point, we're not even asking for preservation - we just want our bouquet back in whatever condition it's in. The complete lack of professional courtesy in responding to any form of communication is deeply disappointing. While the wedding day flowers were beautiful, I cannot recommend working with someone who would keep a bride's personal property and then completely ghost all attempts at communication. A simple response would go a long way. We never received the bouquet back, which is my property. I would never recommend a business with such poor practice and unethical practices. read more

Unfortunately the florist didn't abide by the contract and essentially did the floral arrangements she wanted. She added flowers I specifically said I didn't want, then didn't add flowers we agreed on because when she went to go purchase them they were "too expensive" even though the contract stated they would be included. We didn't have enough flowers the day of the wedding because she was honestly being cheap with everything to pocket as much money as she could. We paid for flowers for a picture wall and there was hardly any flowers on it, and what we agreed on was not done because of the lack of flowers. We sat down and said you didn't do what we wanted and she said okay I'll pay you this dollar amount back. She ignored our calls. Kept promising payment and never delivered and eventually ignored us. So my wedding flowers were not what I paid for and not what I wanted. There were many other things that happened as well. We paid A LOT of money might I add. We also were not the only people who got screwed over financially after reading other reviews. I hope she changes her heart and doesn't do what she did to us to other people but this was our unfortunate experience. read more

Jennifer has been the best florist we could have asked for, from the start she was super excited to work with our vison and colors and did an amazing job the day-of with all the details. We had an issue with one bridesmaid bouquet and she was able to quickly fix it, and overall did a wonderful job both in communication throughout planning and execution on florals. I looked at many florists, some with insane pricing, and found Sacred Romance's pricing to be fair and a great deal for what we got. Would highly recommend as a florist for your wedding! read more

Jennifer was incredible to work with from start to finish! She was recommended to me by my planner and from the first time we spoke I knew I had found the perfect florist for my wedding. She listened carefully during our first phone call and sent me a very detailed proposal. Jennifer was extremely respectful of my budget and she gave me options and ideas to help bring my vision to life. Our guests were commenting on Jennifer's beautiful work throughout the evening. I cannot speak to how her florals are or how she is with her customers, she could be amazing?? IDK- BUT from a VENDOR prospective doing business with Jennifer I would NOT RECOMMEND. She rented an Arch (Wooden Chuppah) from us and never returned it. After SO MANY attempts to get a hold of her via phone, email and social media she started ignoring all of our attempts. At one point she apologized for not returning and said she would return the following week but when that did not happen she started ignoring ALL of our attempts. We did end up charging her a replacement cost for the arch (which is why the 2 starts instead of one), but I am still very unhappy as I explained to her it was a custom build so now we will not have an arch to rent out for at least a month could be more. This is just very unprofessional and she does not have respect for other peoples businesses. read more

married on 08/18/2019 Unique, professional, creative! We had a clear vision of what florals we wanted for our wedding, so we reached out to nearly a dozen florists for quotes. Sacred Romance was the only proposal we received that was actually visual and full of beautiful photos of exactly what we wanted for which parts of the event. It was as if what I requested had come to life in a colorful presentation. On top of that, Jen's prices were soooo much more reasonable than a lot of LA florists that have astronomical minimums. Jen was always looking for ways to save us money, and she is very flexible with all budgets. She wasn't afraid of color and funk, which is what we wanted for our wedding. On the day of, she was early and handed out all of our necessary flowers and set up our arbor early on so that we could do family and first look photos in front of it prior to the ceremony. Once the ceremony was done and cocktail hour began in a different location, she was able to strike the arbor (which is hers to rent out) on site, allowing us to waive a pick-up/clean-up fee. She placed flowers everywhere, including floating sunflowers and ranunculus in the venue's fountain! My favorite were our long rectangle tables, where she placed garlands and sliced lemons and oranges. We also had rounds, which featured really organic pops of color with centerpieces that were flowey and not too high, people loved taking them home. She's got a great collection of funky vases. I highly recommend Jen of Sacred Romance for your wedding flowers! She's so creative and really experienced. We met with her in person at her Corona office, but she's also able to do everything over the phone, especially since she creates such detailed presentations and is very visual with the information she gives you. She is working events or with the blooms often, so if you don't get an email response promptly, it's best to text her, that worked out best for our wedding needs. Thank you so much for making our wedding tables so beautiful. We came to Sacred Romance late in the game -- only a few weeks before the wedding, and they perfectly understood our vision and budget and made us the most beautiful garlands to run down the table. They were lush brightened with accents of color and sprays of flowers woven in -- stunning! They also made us some lovely small bouquets in milk bottles to have as accents that were so fresh and beautiful. Jennifer was AMAZING!! I seriously could not have asked for a better person to bring my vision to life for my wedding. She was so patient with me. I sent over pictures of what I wanted, and she made it even better. I got so many compliments on our flowers! I highly encourage nobody to do business with Sacres Romance Floral Design. We went into two business ventures together and the owner continually is avoiding repayment for 13 months now. Our business additionally fronted the cost to advertise her company in 800 full-color flier advertisements, which we are aware of at least two referrals came out of for her floral business. She will not pay us back. I have documentation and records of the continual lies we received concerning delivery of payment, and the owner, Jennifer Driscoll, even went as far as writing us a PHONY CHECK to which our business had to pay the return check fees for it not being an active checking account!!! All we want is what is owed to us. If she can treat aother business like this, we fear for what she can do with taking your money. read more

We worked with Jenn and her team for our wedding in November 2018 and it was a wonderful experience! We had limited interactions with the team because we had a coordinator, but the few interactions we had we're great! Jenn is so knowledgeable and passionate about providing you exactly what you want. We explained what we were looking for and for our mock trial, it brought me to tears it was all so beautiful. We recently received our wedding video and looking back at all the special floral details ( and extras we rented), we were in awe remembering how absolutely beautiful our flowers turned out! We had a very detailed wedding, and all the rustic flowers and greenery throughout really brought everything in the room and ceremony space to life. I loved my wedding bouquet so so much, I preserved it along with my husbands boutonnière! Now I get to look at my beautiful bouquet everyday! There isn't anything I would change about our florals (and we were on the picky side of all things wedding). I can't say how grateful I am for Jen! I had a VERY VERY limited budget for an intimate courthouse ceremony, and it was also VERY last minute.... and she made MAGIC happen! I knew I wanted sunflowers, but wasn't sure on ANYTHING else as far as the bouquet. Not only did I get an absolutely GORGEOUS bouquet and the boutonniere, but she was wonderful enough to include 3 more boutonnieres as well.My only wish is that I could have picked up my order in person to thank her, because she really knocked it out of the park for me and made me feel like an actual bride with that bouquet!! Granddaughters wedding this last Friday and to her surprise flowers were not what she ordered. Supposed to be orchids and she go hydrangeas. Her bouquet was to be all roses and it wasn't. There was to be no greenery and there was lots of greenery. The mothers and grandmothers corsages fell apart before ceremony began every one of them. Bridesmaids flowers were wrong color and wilted. What the heck. On top of this she has tried to contact the florist several times and she will not answer or call back. For $4000.00 not happy at all. Would not recommend this florist. read more

She was able to create the vision I had and make it even more wonderful, even with me being a full time working student who had little time to articulate that vision. She was amazing to work with.
