This facility goes through staff like water, the staff are treated as bad as the residents. The bathrooms are filthy as is the whole building. This home even lost my father OUTSIDE the facility for 2 hours. The workers did not even know my father was missing for over an hour. Lake Woods should not be allowed to care for anything with a pulse. The administrator is absolutely clueless and has no management skills. DO NOT put your relative in this place! Avoid any homes run by this group of owners. This Place should be CLOSED!

Instead, I am getting additional bills of $80 per visit bringing the total to $210 per visit (a 62% increase compared to the quoted price). I decided to call as a new patient and get a cash (no insurance) quote just to find out cash appointments are only $99 a visit. So, they charge 112% more ($210 per visit as compared to $99 per visit) if you have insurance?!? They did not provide a cash price quote in my initial consultation. Do not use them!!! You will end up spending thousands of dollars more than what they quote you!!!!!
