I've been getting massaged by Ann for over a year now, and I now take my 7 year old son too! It's our little self care date once a month, we signed up for her monthly massage subscription (my son gets a 30 min and I do an hour) we get a little add on bonus with every massage with the subscription. It's difficult leaving your newborn baby and getting self-care while being postpartum, so the fact that I could hold my baby while getting a relaxing massage was amazing! Today I received my first full body massage at Sacred Space Massage. The office is located in what appears to be an older office building. Sacred Space Massage is located on the 3rd floor and when I entered i met Ann. She is warm and friendly. She immediately made me feel welcomed and relaxed. She asked if I had any issues she needed to be concerned with or I needed anything to be addressed, which I did. Her office is very clean and decorated well. She has a firm but gentle touch. First timer! I research Yelp for massage places in the area and Sacred Space Massage and Bodywork came up. I wanted to experience something different in a massage place than I have in the past and something told me this would be the right place. Sure was! I met with Ann and we discussed areas I wanted to focus on for my massage. I suffer from migraines that leave intense strain on my neck and shoulders. A type of strain that takes days to go away. Ann knew the exact area in my neck to release the pain. After the massage, I did a 30 min sauna blanket session. I felt like it helped continue the awesome effects of the massage. Ann was kind and checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable with the temp and not boiling up. The effects of my entire session got better as the day continued. My session was mid morning and by early evening, I started to feel a cooling and relaxing sensation all throughout my body. It takes a lot to relax my body, it's always on the go. Saturday morning parking was easy, I parked in the 2 hour section in front of the building, no need to pay. This place is located on the third floor of the building and they do have a bathroom if you need to use it. I already booked my next appointment and can't wait! Thank you Ann. I came here a couple of months ago with my sister. She treated me to a massage and sauna blanket session. We got the new client special and after doing the session I preferably wished I just did the massage! It was just so good and too short! Linda was awesome and I felt so relaxed after the massage, honestly was sad how quickly it went. There are a lot of massage places around this area and most of them are just bare bones just massage and go and look pretty rough. Most of them are also Asian owned and to me they're always so rough and not relaxing at all, I'm very specific with the ambiance to relax and enjoy my massage, and this was great. I was very relaxed and felt very well taken care of. They also have workshops and classes which is great to know and I'm really hoping I can come back soon to participate in that or get another massage. read more

I never thought I'd find a place that would finally fix my issues. It's really hard to find someone with great techniques, and an understanding of the body and how everything works together. I don't really write much reviews for services that I've come across but this place has to be known because I am just so please with the services and the outcome of my issues. I've been suffering from chronic fibromyalgia for a few years now, and my chest pains get so bad that it's hard for me to even breathe. The body messages that this therapist does to focus on my core pain is amazing. I walk out of her studio with relief, and no more pain. She has taught me how to eat well, and what to stay away from and my mental health is 10x in a greater space then it's been in a long time.
