Natasha is the owner and main instructor, and has the most incredible energy. I look forward to going to class each day. There are all different levels in each class. Also, I it can get very noisy and hot in the studio! The indoor drumming is so loud, it hurts my ears. If there are 8 people in the studio, it gets really hot inside especially, during the summer months. I like that the instructors take time to clarify questions students have. They supervise that one doesn't get hurt while practicing with another student.

Whether it's an all levels flow or a vinyasa flow she takes the time to cue everyone through the poses and offers adjustments throughout the class. She even finished off this most recent class with a lavender-scented shoulder press which relaxed me after a long day. I pull definitely recommend her classes.
