If you have done Pilates before you might like this studio but if you are a beginner they need to do a lot of work for new comers. There was no explanation how to use the reformer because you are in a class that's not an introduction class which is very helpful for new students. I definitely will not be going back.

My muscles still haven't forgiven me. The owner has been very flexible with the packages I have purchased and she is professional and helpful, anytime I connect with her. The pricing is competitive and well worth the money for the challenging workouts they champion. The follow Pilates classmates are welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this studio.

The instructor was absolutely fabulous. I mentioned my past experience and she moved at a thoughtful pace, checked in often, and made the whole thing feel safe and supportive. We even did inversions with zero head pressure, no dizziness, no headache -- total redemption moment. The workout itself is such a cool fusion -- think a little Bikram-26-and-2 discipline, Pilates control, barre elements, stretching, and full fitness conditioning all rolled together. Total body for sure: upper body, legs, core, even squats and strength moves I wasn't expecting. I loved how playful yet challenging it felt. They offer candlelit aerial classes, mat + silk combo formats, weighted classes, and structured sessions for all levels. The gym has a great variety of equipment, including plenty of free weights, strength machines, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, stair climbers, and even a small outdoor workout area. There's also a half-court basketball gym that can be reserved for pickleball. The amenities are excellent. They have three massage chairs, an infrared sauna, steam showers, clean locker rooms with lockers, and a cold plunge available for an additional fee. There's also a kids' center (I don't have young children, so I can't speak to that experience), an M Café for drinks and snacks, and comfortable waiting areas. Overall, the facility is clean, well-maintained, and has everything our family needs for our fitness goals. For the price, I think it's a great value, especially with access to every location.

I went to EOS for 1 week and their personal coach instead of acknowledge the fact that all I wanted to do was to leave the house after several months of isolation and excessive eating disorder her goal was to make me feel terrible her name (Britney in Goodyear) instead not satisfied told me that I have failed in the past and would fail again if I didn't sign for their personal coaching program. I had to verbally state that she was giving me anxiety when she continue to bully me asking if money was a problem. 2 months later I gave a change again this time when to mountainside fitness in Avondale and Alyssa their personal training welcomed me in measure my weight taught me new moves and told me I'll be here and will keep an eye on your and hold you accountable despite of you not signing in for trainer. Why I am sharing this? To thank mountainside for their greatness. Not every person is seeking for six pack. Some are there to battle depression, compulsive behaviors and others so thank you for being so amazing. I love your gym no matter what side of town I go
