The pricing is competitive and well worth the money for the challenging workouts they champion. The follow Pilates classmates are welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this studio.

Customer service like that really sticks with you and honestly makes me want to come back. I took the hot HIIT class with Sidney and it delivered. Ambient lighting to start, then lights dimmed, music up, and suddenly it was go time. Great playlist, clear mic cues, and a seriously effective workout -- weights, core, warm-up, cool-down, the whole deal. Packed class but Sidney stayed very attentive, offering modifications, keeping everyone engaged, and bringing strong, motivating energy throughout. Only small note: shavasana felt a bit quick, but overall fantastic class. The studio itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed -- two large studio rooms, appreciate the mirrors to watch form, plenty of lockers and cubbies, multiple showers/restrooms, vanity areas, rental mats/towels (huge when traveling), tons of heated class options like yoga, yin, Pilates, barre, and HIIT, plus a separate red light therapy room that felt amazing afterward. The studio itself is extremely minimal. White walls, mirrors, eight machines lined up, very little décor. No real aesthetic or vibe. Even the music had to stay low because of neighbors, which kind of killed the energy for me. I personally thrive on louder music and ambiance in a workout setting. Now the workout itself -- Lagree is just not for me. My wrists were hurting, my feet were on fire, and I felt like I was doing 90% of the moves incorrectly despite adjustments. I didn't sweat once. I walked out feeling like I could immediately go run five miles or head to F45 to actually feel worked. And now my knee and feet are sore -- not the good "I crushed it" sore, but the uncomfortable kind. If you're looking for something slow, controlled, core-focused, or maybe even rehab-adjacent, this might be your jam. Once I indicated I was visiting, the tone shifted. I was then told the complimentary class is only for locals willing to sit through a membership presentation, and was redirected toward paid options instead. That's where the experience lost me. If the "free first class" is conditional, it should be clearly stated before booking--not after a reservation is made and followed by a string of sales-driven messages. As it stands, it comes across as a bait-and-switch. Even more disappointing was the lack of flexibility or hospitality for a very common customer type in boutique fitness: travelers. There was no attempt to accommodate, no "we'd still love to have you in," just a pivot to pricing. I want to be clear--this isn't a reflection of the Pure Barre brand as a whole. I have officially been a member at this location for a month. Fast forward, I originally signed up for Club Pilates Arrowhead around 2022 and 2023. I cancelled with the prior location because I just did not fit in. I was hesitant to try this location, but I am really glad I did because this experience is so much better! Between 2023 to 2025 I tried mat Pilates and Track Pilates, neither compares to reformer Pilates. I fell back in love with Pilates after my first class back last month, which was on a Sunday with Eda. The front desk person let Eda know I was new, but also a previous member. Reformer Pilates just hits different, the way the springs help you move the weight. I like how easy on the joints the classes are. I have attended about nine classes since my return, and I think I have used more of the equipment in this time than I did in my prior years. I am a Peloton Bike + user, so adding in Pilates let me ease back into strength training. The reformer allows me and my sore muscles to work through all the moves at my own pace. I really like the amount of stretching I get in- it makes me feel so much better. I have taken one class with Eda, Stacie, and Bridget and three with Michael and TJ. I was thinking I was in an advanced class during the first class I did with Michael, but nope- I am still taking level one classes! I think Michael's classes make me question things more, so that might be why I go on his days.

They refuse to do a refund and still want to charge $100 for cancellation this club is the worst to do business so stay away. Lifetime is not cheap, but the quality of instruction I get in her classes makes it completely worth it. Hannah is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and intentional with every class. She doesn't just lead a workoutshe actually teaches. She takes the time to correct form, offers thoughtful modifications, and makes sure everyone feels both challenged and supported, no matter their level. What really sets her apart is the consistency and care she brings every single session. You can tell she genuinely wants her clients to improve and feel stronger, and that kind of energy is rare. I've taken a lot of group fitness classes over the years, and this is by far one of the best experiences I've had. If she ever left, I would seriously reconsider my membership.
