I started doing yoga at the Wellness Center two months ago. I had never done yoga before and after going through some pretty stressful life experiences, a friend of mine sent me a one month pass and encouraged me to go. From the moment I spoke to Viviana on day 1, it has been an incredible life-changing experience for me. I felt nervous starting something new but all of the staff made me feel so comfortable and welcomed, I had no choice but to make it my second home. I have tried the Yoga Foundations, Yin, Gentle Flow, Therapeutic, Restorative, and Restorative with Aromatherapy sessions and they have all been amazing. It is hard to pick a favorite class or a favorite instructor. They all make sure you are doing the practice correctly/in a way that you are comfortable with and they accommodate your skill level accordingly. The facility itself is therapeutic, you just feel happy and peaceful when you enter the building. The front desk staff is so welcoming, always with a smile and they ALL make a point of calling you by your name. I have had a Reike session with Andie and a therapeutic massage with Kyriel and they both left me feeling relaxed and peaceful. I also attended a Sound Healing session with Emily and it was a very unique experience. It's not a stretch to say that the Wellness Center has changed my life and I look forward to continuing my journey with everyone there! read more

I had no idea that we had such an amazing facility in the West Valley. Yoga, massage therapy, physical therapy- specifically pelvic floor therapy as well as the Brainasium- therapy for kids 3 and up. I did ariel yoga which was so much fun. I was extremely scared, i couldnt even reach the hammock  yet alone sit on it before the class started next thing you know it in the middle of class i was doing flips. They start you off really slow, you start getting more comfortable and you end the class like a pro. You leave with a peaceful mindset, full of energy and in a different mind set. I loved thd fact that 2 days later my body was sore especially my abdominal. Planing to go back for a workout and to get my body relaxed. read more

Best kept secret in Goodyear! I've been in and out of Goodyear for 20 years (since my parents retired and moved here in 2002). We relocated from Santa Cruz, CA to Goodyear during the pandemic to be closer to them. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I would find a yoga studio in Goodyear as amazing as The Wellness Center. The vibe is amazing, the instructors are so welcoming, calming, caring as are the other yogis in classes! Everyone is so kind, I've never felt intimidated and I feel amazing after every class I take. I had a very bad migraine on Sunday and a good massage was needed. I did some research on Wednesday and finally found Eleutheria Wellness Center. My sister goes there for yoga and loves this place. Yelp said 120 minutes for $90. It didn't tell me how much was for 60 minutes. I gave them a call and asked for the price for 60 minutes deep tissue message. It's $65. Not bad compare to other places I found. I made the appointment right away and I would like it asap. The lady on the phone scheduled me with Julie on the following day first thing in the morning. Great! I couldn't wait any longer!! I was in so much pain. I got there at 8:55am on Thursday. Weird, no one was at the front desk. I walked around and tried to make some noise, no one came out still. I heard some sound in the back of the office and so I walked in there and see if anyone was there. A lady was inside a room and told me she doesn't work there but she believed there should be someone at the front desk shortly. We walked back to the front and the lady came out from the yoga room. She gave me some paper to fill out and left, didn't say anything to me! Okay!!! After I was done with the paperwork, a nice lady came to greet me. She took my paper and told me her name is Jul. She told me there was another massage that could help on my migraine instead of deep tissue. It was only $5 different compare to both massages. Well, I wasn't in the mood to try new things since I was in so much pain. I told her I would like to stay with deep tissue massage and she was cool with that. Not so sure how to describe the massage BUT IT WAS GREAT!!! Okay, my headache was gone after the massage but it came back after 6 hours. She did remind me to drink lots of water during the entire day and so I did. My body started to sore about the same time. I was thinking, oh man that's no good! I thought she was great! WAIT!!! The next day, Friday morning, I woke up with NO HEADACHE at all!! I still have a little sore on my back from the massage (common for deep tissue massage) but my head felt perfectly fine!!! SHE is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Julie told me Ashley is also very good at deep tissue massage and I should give her a try next time. Well, since Julie cure my headache, I don't know if I should try someone else. However, I do believe in Julie now even I only met her once. I most likely will schedule with Ashley next time but Julie will always be my go-to person if I have really bad headache! Glad I found Julie! read more

I have been to many Yoga Studios over the past 30 years. Just moved here to Goodyear this year and was looking for a good "yoga home". I found it!! This Wellness Center has everything and the Yoga classes I have taken are extremely well balanced and serene. Great job guys and gals! This facility is one of the finest I have ever attended. I certainly appreciate the thought that went into the construction, rooms and classes. As a mature individual (over 70) I found I was in the minority but that could be because I still work full time and can't attend day classes, only eves and weekends. Great selection of classes for great prices. When you walk into the wellness center you are always greeted by the friendly staff.

My daughter has been taking speech here for the last two months. She received an IEP for speech in April and this is who her school was contracted with. April and Sean have been great in helping Milania with her speech. She enjoys going and never complains. They let her pick little prizes and the end of the session and sometimes let her get something for her little sister. I have been very happy with how things are going there! Update since my last review - 10/14/16 I LOVE the facility that Elutheria has moved to. Its so big, bright and really nice! The yoga rooms are really enticing as well. I can't wait for accupuncture with the Chinese medicine doctor starts up. My daughter has improved her speech in leaps and bounds since starting here in May. All of her therapists have been really great with her and she enjoys going to speech therapy each week. read more

I went to the free childbirth prep class with Amey Fields. It was very helpful and one of the few free birthing classes in the valley. I drove about half an hour to get there, but it was worth it. My husband and I agreed this class would have been helpful before our first child. It was a good review for my second, and gave me some natural options for pain/comfort measures since I want to skip an epidural this time. Amey was very friendly and knowledgeable. I dropped in for a yoga class last week while staying at the Wigwam and had a great experience! The instructor (Jennifer) was fantastic, the class was just what I needed and the price was reasonable for such a great class ($10 drop-in). Massage therapy services are horrible. Therapist was nearly an hour late to appointment. Never received an actual massage. Came away with a shoulder injury caused by the therapist who was not formally trained to perform the technique he used. read more

Due to my inexperience I was a little intimidated to take a class. The positive energy of the staff and other students quickly made me feel welcome. I took the beginner class and it has been great ! The instructor is very patient and gives excellent verbal instruction and coaching. You never have to be concerned about not being able to keep up or understanding the lingo. She also offers alternatives for every skill and experience level so you never feel awkward. I am learning a lot and truly enjoying the positive effects on both the mind and body. I have experienced new deeper levels of relaxation and would recommend Eleutheria for a great Yoga experience. They offer yoga classes for every need, and even a belly dancing class! I always wanted to try Yoga but walking into some studios is so intimidating. Not here. The whole staff is completely wonderful. I was hook after my first class. Which was the Restorative Yoga with Aromatherapy with Becci. I didn't want the class to end. I then tried Beginner Yoga with Krystal and loved how she was calm and patient and really focused on each student getting to the pose at his or her own pass. I was so hooked I actually stayed for the next class which was Slow Flow. Now this class kicked my butt and in a good way. The flow was nice and slow but very demanding. Lacey was the instructor and I told her I was new but wanted to try a more energetic yoga. She was welcoming and she really encouraged each of us. I thought that was amazing. Especially feeling a little bit of a fish out of water. Lacey and the other instructors never made me feel bad for not knowing something or even for needing to rest in child's pose. I then tried Yoga flow and restorative with Jennifer and I have to say this was such a balanced class. Once again there is so much encouragement from ALL the instructors. I am hooked my co-worker and I have gone every day now. The $20 unlimited week is amazing, you cant beat it. Every one from the owner to the instructor to the students are all so welcoming. I have told so many people about Eleutheria, even the bro-istas at Dutch Bro and they want to try it. So if your new to yoga or have been wanting to try it, or if you are a seasoned Yogi this is the place to go! read more

I've tried about three different Yoga places in the area where I saw the teachers as being good at what they do but they really didn't want to teach you anything. At this place the instructors are very knowledgeable and they work with you at your level. what ever that level may be. There's a feeling that people are accepted as they are and a feeling of community. Goodyear needs more places like this. read more

Mr. Sean is an excellent speech therapist! He is patient and understanding with kids to allow them to open up and work on their sounds but does it in a fun way where the kids think they are playing. Strongly recommend him to anyone needing some help with speech! read more
