I loved Saddle Brook when Dr. Patel was there. Fast forward to when it was bought by Dentalworks, aka Brident network. They have turned me in to collections for $1849. I had a zero balance with Dr. Patel. They had gone back, changed the prices of completed work and tried to collect nearly $2,000 from me. They continued to send me bills for work that was complete and that I had paid my portion for. My insurance covered teeth cleaning and x-rays 100%. They started sending me a bill for my husband and my teeth cleaning in excess of $150 and so on and so on. I'm going to write a letter to the State Board in Austin and let them know of these unethical business practices. I owe them nothing! They are horrible. Dont go there. So over a year ago, I left a 4 star review on this dentist office. I had some restorative and preventative work done and just started Invisalign, with the dentist there and all seemed fine. Now fast forward a year, this office has steadily declined. It joined the Brident network and not sure how that works, but I have not seen the same dentist twice. They have a dedicated orthodontist now, that is there certain days. During the transfer into the network and new software, I've been changed more for the Invisalign. Mistakes happen, but I have not gotten any resolve for months. I have gone in the office, called the office, called the Brident office, then on Christmas Eve received a collections call. WTF! I didn't even know I owed money, and they won't give me the retainers, which have already been paid for. I pay my bills on time. I get there is a dispute in the charge, but I'm doing my part to resolve it, they just ignore it. So bottom line, yes I have been treated here and at first was good, now things have changed and not as good. The administrative stuff is a disaster. read more

Constant up-sale. Luckily was able to confirm from two other Dentist's that the procedure they wanted to "add on" was rediculous and not needed! In fact, even after paying the additional Dentists for a consult it was WAY cheaper than their quote. And can you even trust they will adhere to the quote? Many here say no! Going to the Dentist is bad enough, why add on the extra stress of feeling scammed. Also, the price they quoted us was two times that of the other two Dentists. Office hours are not consistent. Requested in writing three times to forward records and x-rays to our new Dentist and refused to do so. Believe the other negative remarks and save yourself the agony. There are plenty of well qualified Dentist's and Oral Surgeons in the area to meet your needs without the hassles. If they lie on one thing, what makes you think the rest is OK. I came here after looking for a new dentist following my first Ideal Dental appointment that was not to my liking and the teeth cleaning there was rough. I got a teeth cleaning at Saddlebrook and could almost sleep through it. They made it very comfortable. I had to get cavities filled and was scared because the last needle in gums experience was bad and painful. Dr. Patel made it absolutely painless and even the dental assistant had a little fan blowing on me to calm my nerves of what I was expecting to hurt but didn't. I was looking into getting braces and this place was the only one available for the week of. Service was ok but when I was getting my X-rays the assistant was rough with the piece they put in your mouth for the X-rays. Afterwards I was told about their plans and they inspected my teeth and told me I had 2 cavities and needed them removed before I can get braces. I decided to seek another dentist because I didn't like this one as much and when I went in for another consultation at my new dentist they told me I didn't have any cavities and we can start the process for braces.... These 2 consultations were only 4 weeks apart so I doubt those cavities that I had just magically disappeared don't recommend this place read more

Normally I would not post a negative review, but this place sucks. They blow your phone up almost daily with appointment reminders, try to get you to come in early on the day if to fit their schedule, and they don't tell you how much your procedures cost before you show up. I walked in this afternoon, I had to take paid time off from work, and was told I was looking at an almost $800 bill for really simple stuff. I won't be back. read more

Doctor Patel is very professional, nice, and in my opinion a good dentist. I went back and forth between 2-3 stars, it's more like 2.5, let me explain. Please check with your insurance company as far as what your out of pocket should be before a procedure!! Don't think I was being scammed but I was charged $865 for a crown that should have been $350 out of pocket! I think it was just a mistake but still a lot of $$ UPDATE: took months to get reimbursed after office admitted their billing mistake......A TON of passing the buck by the insurance lady. Magically got refund quickly when I made a complaint through credit card company. Took business elsewhere after all this, insurance lady was very unprofessional. read more

I went to Dr. Chandler for a long time, and at first, my experience was great. The office offers free teeth whitening, what more could you want right?....wrong. I scheduled an appointment to have a cavity fixed and was promised several times that the cavity would be filled and I would be in and out of their office within 2 hours; however, when I got there, it took me an hour and a half to see the dentist...only for him to tell me he didn't have time to fix the cavity. So, I had to reschedule my appointment, miss more work, and get my cavity filled. There are many medical offices that will be respectful of your time, and this one is not one of them. read more

I had to get a crown. I told them continuously the bite was off but they said it was perfect. It still hurts to chew on that side. Another crown she did seems to have a problem too. They put implants in for my son and went through the gum. She also recommended drilling out fillings from previous years that had no problem but she wanted to refill them. My last visit I was the only one in the waiting room, parking lot was empty. Someone new came in, they ushered her straight to the chair. I left 40 minutes later, still the only one in the waiting room. Don't waste your time with these people. Very unprofessional. read more

I started been a patient when Dr.Moore was there along with the previous staff, very good dr and staff. Now they have Dr. Patel she is very nice, but she gave me a bad recommendation regarding one my teeth. Lucky I consulted with Endodontics before proceeding. Always gets second opinion if things don't make add up. Also, the front staff is rude. I would definitely look for another dentist. I gave this a two star because the DR is nice but overall experience wouldn't recommend . read more

I've never had such a pleasant visit to a dentist in my whole life. I've had several teeth pulled but i have never had a dentist be so gentle and use the right amount of anesthesia and be so soothing sitting in that chair. And they were the cheapest around. The orthodontist and dentist were great. They were very friendly and answered any and all questions pertaining to my children's teeth. I had absolutely no problems with insurance and billing until I came here. The out of pocket charges are outrageous. The front desk clerk was too busy talking a 100 miles a hour telling you what you owe rather then listening to the questions you are asking. read more

Dr. Patel was very good but the insurancE practice here is CRIMINAL. I went in for dental work I knew would be expensive. I consulted with Dr. Patel and arranged a treatment plan and was told if anything changed they would stop the procedure and consult with me before continuing. The insurance person came to the chair and told me the procedure would be $1100 and could go up "a little" up or down depending on Dina procedure. I agreed and signed an $1100 estimate. When I checked out, the procedure MORE THAN DOUBLED to $2400. I was never told procedure changed or Cost would SKYROCKET. Buyer beware at this business office. read more

I went to Dr. Chandler with a broken tooth I wanted pulled- he ended up pulling that and a wisdom tooth as well as doing a root canal, which I'm still not convinced he did on the right tooth. The Dr. did field medicine in the army so don't count on him letting you use gas- totally against it even when you ask for it. He was covering for another dentist in the office while I was having my work done and he would leave me by myself numerous times to check on other patients- in the middle of a root canal. I was there all day, at least 4 or 5 hours. Look around and see if you can find someone better. read more

I highly recommend this office. I suffer from PTSD, anxiety, and panic disorder. The staff here are always so accommodating. They make sure that my wife can stay close to me through the entire visit, they also do their best to arrange for me to have the same staff for my cleanings and dental work. Having someone I am familiar with helps decrease my anxiety and stress level during the appointment. Dr. Patel has a very gentle and kind demeanor. She shows compassion and real concern for me, which allows me to stay as calm as I can, and to get through the appointments with the least amount of discomfort. She always explains what she's going to do before she does it, and she stops to check on me throughout the procedures. Dr. Patel has a kind spirit, and I trust her. I will continue to drive 2 cities over so that I can go to one of the best Dentists in the area. read more

Please beware of this office!! They changed our appointments twice and then when I went in for my appointment told me that they were sorry but they couldn't do my cleaning that day and I'd have to come back another day but they'd do my xrays and exam. Then the dentist tells me that they won't do a cleaning anyway and I'll have to come back and do a scaling and root planing. They quoted me double what my insurance will pay and told me I will have to come up with that amount even though they are contracted with my insurance to only be able to charge a 20% copay. That amount would be $100. They said that they wouldn't take less than $532 cash for EACH of us. That is a total of $1064 when they are only allowed to charge $200 total. My son's Ortho is GREAT Dr.Griffin (he's only at this location on Saturdays) The last appointment I took my son to I was treated rudely by their unprofessional office staff. Because this "unprofessional office person" did not like the way I said excuse me, She followed me from the back of the office out to my car. Continuously asking "do you have a problem with me?" I felt harassed, shocked that I was being followed WITH my child to my car. When I went back inside to ask the office manager to get this "unprofessional office person" the manager told me she sent her out to resolve things. HA HA... This office is a joke. I have gone to this dentist for a couple of years. I have always respected their opinion on the care of my teeth. In Nov 2015 they told me that I needed two crowns because some fillings done early in my life had crack two teeth that are next to each other. I went to the insurance person and asked her what it would cost me out of pocket. She gave me an estimate and told me that in order for my insurance to pay their share I would have to have them completed by December. She told me that I had good insurance and not to wait because the insurance would only pay if they were finished in 2015. I paid, they did the work. Then in 2016 I got a bill from the dentist for double the amount. I call the dentist and they told me to call the insurance because they had no idea why the insurance didn't pay. The insurance company told me that the dentist was wrong and that I had used all of my benefits before I had the work done. I had had all my work done by this dentist and this wasn't the first time they lied to me about instance. I will never go back even if I do have problems biting down on a raisin with the crowns they put in. Don't go to this dentist! read more
