Upon reading the document it looked like it was signing us up for a monthly subscription service of some kind and I questioned it - and the tech said that is not what it was for - but just for that days service -only - which included their standard 30 day return check up respray visit and the only thing that would be charged was the one visit; That "we were not signing up for anything additional" - like we arranged on the phone call to get them out there in the first place. He also said he would not be able to conduct the work without the document signed which permitted them to work on the property and the document was just a standard one that is needed every time. We sign the agreement for: "allowing them permission to access the property for coming out there today, and nothing else." Two documents, one for what he claimed was to access the property and another to acknowledge the use of the chemicals they were using and things proceed at pace. Fast forward two months later they signed us up for a subscription plan of some kind which we certainly did not agree to, stating that document as the premise and tried to drop by and schedule, on their own, return visits - which we certainly did not agree to. Sneaking the up sell fraudulently as the "standard document for the service call." Luckily I got it all on camera. Not only that they never did get rid of the wasp problem in the first place and the store bought twin pack cans seem to continue to do a better job. Your mileage may vary, but I will be warning my friends and family about soliciting these guys for business with dodgy practices like that.

They actually refused to send me any type of email (my online account on the website didn't show a date and time, just that I had an appointment) Worst of all, obviously after we waited so long for the appointment, my tenant sprayed some anti Ants spray from the supermarket which kept them away. When the technician came he saw there were no ants, so he didn't inspect anything, didn't do anything except for spraying some of his chemical around the kitchen and front yard. It was a one minute job, he then left saying "all of this was for free". Immediately after I got a bill to pay $266 dollars. I called and the branch manager said that the chemical spraying was the treatment and I must pay. I asked him to check with the technician why he said this service (not much of it I must say) was not going to be billed, he said he will check and call me back. He never did. I will pay the bill because I would hate to be dragged with this bad energy for a long time, rather cut my loses and be rid of this disappointment. Recommend others to try a different company.
