Safari nation was a HIT! Truly a kids paradise-- Safari Nation has a lot to offer. Today's visit was our first. You're first struck in awe at this gargantuan structure you think they pulled straight out of Richie Rich's mansion. This place is flooded with pure entertainment for toddlers, kids, teenagers (and adults). My 2.5yr old spent quite a bit of time everywhere, to the tune of three hours. The toddler room was a great toe-dip into what would come next, allowing her to set her pace while playing with the rotating stations, alphabet blocks, the seesaw and teddy bear slide. Then came the gigantic playpen, a kids dream. Packing two separate sections, both accommodated with their own unique slide, for endless fun. Three levels of obstacles and circus-like contraptions made our play date one we can't forget. Arcade is modest, just enough to keep the younger children happy. Concession stand had plenty to offer.. we refueled ourselves with some goldfish and choose two flavors of the slushees. We had dinner plans but I would consider having a meal here. The zip line, bumper cars and VR experience looked cool but were not in operation. The staff was super friendly and attentive. This place is perfect for birthday parties or just to have some family fun. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The ambiance is fun, inviting, and kid friendly for all ages. They have a smaller area for kids who may not want to climb. It's enclosed with one entrance and exit to this area which is ideal for smaller children. The main play area is a large jungle gym/obstacle course with plenty of games, slides, zip lines, and things to climb within the course to enjoy. There are arcade games along the exterior of the walls with additional seating to watch the children play. There is a concession stand that sells all the bells and whistles (nachos with cheese, popcorn, pizza, slushy drinks, chips, candy and etc. the party rooms are super cute and spacious. read more

Visited Safari Nation recently for a birthday party. It was a pleasant first experience! The space is so cool and so on-theme. I had no clue what to expect, but there were arcade games, rides, and huge indoor jungle gym / play spaces for kids of all ages! I really appreciated the separate play area for smaller children too! The space smelled and felt clean. They have their own cafe inside for food & beverage too. Picnic tables are scattered throughout the space as well. There are private rooms for parties to gather. It's a great place to check out...especially on a rainy day! You could spend hours there! I know my littles would have loved to. read more

We came here in Memorial Day and we appreciated that they were open, even if it was a holiday. The weather was rainy and this was the perfect rainy day activity. We arrived right when they opened and this was our first time at this location. Every location has a very different playground set up. This one was set up nicely for my 3 year old to do majority of the activities without my help. I will say that the toddlers area had very limited climbing structures compared to other locations. I do like that the playground was in the middle so as a parent I could walk around and be able to see my son in most locations. The staff was vigilant to ensure everyone was being safe and following the rules. There were plenty of seating options for parents including various couches. I would say this playground could use a real good dusting on top of the structures and could use some minor fixes throughout. read more

We were driving by and my son screamed until we turned around. Had no clue this place was here. Definitely a hidden gem! So entry was around $12 all day all you can play. They have a toddler section. A mega bouncy house course that looked fun and challenging. My son really enjoyed the ziplining! That was by far his favorite. They have have a ride similar to a drop zone now that was fun for me!! What a great place to tire your kids out! They have a jungle gym, a toddler area, a bounce house and zip lining. They also have games and a snack bar! This was such a nice place to take my son and niece, especially during the winter. It gave me a much needed break while letting them run out some energy, In a clean and safe environment. When you sign waiver at these indoor playground place you never expect things like this happens. We were at Greensboro safari nation. My 5 yo daughter was using zip line there and she was waiting for zip line to stop and get off. The staff told us we had to let go at the end so I told her to follow what staff instructed her to do. She dropped at the end and she immediately screamed. I ran to check on her and her right arm is 1.5 size as her left arm. I told the staff and he ran to get the man who's in charge. The man came check and recommended we take her to ER. And kudos to him because he used a child's shirt to make a splint for her I was outrageous and I record a video with the environment, my daughter and staff and I described what happened in the video just in case for a lawsuit or complaint. After I finished recording, the men in charge asked my name. I answered, and he demanded me to delete my video because he said I have no right ( which I later realized that wasn't true because we're in public, once you are in public, you forfeit your right to not be recorded.) and I showed him I deleted the video, I recorded another video with only my daughter in it. In the end he kept interrupt me and wouldn't let me finish my video, he said I was neglecting my daughter's injury and he had to call law enforcement to arrest me. And there another lady stood up said she can do something to make me leave the screen too. I asked his name and he refused to give me his name. I was so mad! And my friend standing next to me told me one of his employee actually recorded me the whole time And now we're at ER and doctor said my daughter broke her elbow and her bone is completely out of place. Among all the waiver indoor place I think this is the worst! *side note: the video I took was only 15 seconds. I just remembered I didn't sign waiver. I didn't even get to read the waiver. The employee ask for my phone number, put three dots in the signature field and let me in. read more

Fun place to throw birthday parties and get the toddlers' energy out! We came here to celebrate a classmate's 3rd birthday and had a lot of fun. There were activities for every age, including the youngest kiddos who are starting to walk. Fortunately for us, my 2-year-old was more than ready for more and we were able to take advantage of the whole park instead. From obstacles to climb, crawl, and jump on - there was plenty to experience. I was happy to be able to fit through them as well so that I could supervise her in the circus of children running through. I'd say this is a big plus especially if you're concerned that your littles still need a little extra supervision. There's also a bumper car that's an additional cost, but the cool thing is you could put your little ones on your lap if they're too small to do it themselves. I thought it was gentle enough and my daughter really enjoyed it. Additionally, there is an area where you can buy simple food like pizza and slushies to enjoy if the kids need a little something to get by. We were taken care of with pizza and ice cream in the birthday room upstairs. The one thing I took a star off for was the heat. It's not well ventilated and I'm not sure if it's air-conditioned which made it a bit uncomfortable. This was especially important to us considering all the exercise the kids were getting in there without the comfort of air to keep them cool. I'd suggest bringing a change of clothes! read more

Ridiculous that it costs $15 per kid for a very few activities. A bouncy bin and climbing cage are basically it. There is a rudiment zip line but it's only open for 30 an hour. Everything else in the room consists of expensive arcade games with cheesy plastic toy prizes. read more

OMG. I think we found my daughters bday spot. We went to SN for a birthday party and we are so happy we found this place!! This is the type of place I love to throw my kids parties at. There is plenty of activities for all the kids to have a great time and when it is over I don't have to Clean!! I have two teenage daughters and a 6 year old daughter. So it can get tricky with what to do for the youngest bday and not have two older ones complaining. Yet a place like Safari Nation has things for the older ones like bumper cars and couches to watch their phones on. LOL. Works for Me as long as we are all together. Fun place to take your kids to play, on the weekdays especially. During the weekend with birthday parties it's too packed to even remotely enjoy your time here unfortunately. They should limit Saturdays or Sundays to birthday parties ONLY or limit the number of guests. We love going when school starts back and it's nice and quiet with just the younger kids! read more

Surprisingly impressed today with our visit to Safari Nation! First visit in several years. Well staffed with employees that were helpful, friendly and engaged in their job. A couple of hours spent climbing, sliding, jumping and playing some of the arcade games has ensured that kids left happy AND tired (yayyy)! Appears to be a great place for the 3-6 year old range. Kids loved exploring the climbing structure through the different paths and liked finding the random spots to look down for a wave! i've never had to do this before. We scheduled my son's fourth birthday party with Safari nations owners for their jump in Fun location for July 22 of this year Back in March, due to my younger son's health conditions (open heart surgery this June) , we needed a private place that was clean. Jump n fun was our first choice. we booked,paid our deposit and pick up our invitations in late May. got an email on July 22 reminding us of our party and to finish payment. we did not finish payment online (Thank goodness) we went 15 minutes early to the location only to find the building abandoned. ABANDONED. i looked through our correspondence in email to make sure I didn't miss anything but nope. NOTHING. No phone calls, text or email. Took us forever to get ahold of someone from safari nation. They said that we must have missed their called to try to reschedule And then we should already have our refund. They said that the owners will be contacting us shortly. when I asked what happened they refused to give any information on the situation like how long they have been shutdown for... Here we are, I've emailed, texted everything. There is NO refund at this time, nothing pending In the account. All we want is our deposit back. I have People asking me why I chose a Sketchy place and other families who've booked partys with safari nations locations asking if they should start to reconsider.. I'm telling them to hold off until I see if the owners come through on their word and make this right. read more

Really cheap for the amount of enjoyment our kid got out of it. They can play for hours. They have a kids zip line which was really neat and a concessions stand which saved. They have free wifi so if you are going to be their for a while you can let the kids play while you finish paper work or what have you. we will certainly be back. read more

Visited with my extended family (dads, grandparents and kids) on a rainy day. The place was great, there are areas for all age children and young adults. My son, 18 months, always able to play by himself in an separate play area. He was also able to play with his cousins, 6 and 8, safely in another area. The staff was very attentive and ensured that children that wandered from area to area were safe when interacting with older children. Will definitely go again when we visit. read more

I loved this place. I have a 15 month old and it's been hard finding a place we could go to flu her young age group. She loves to touch and climb. She was able to play safely the floors are padded and nothing has a hard corner. Many games on the wall. A bear slide, was a hit!! And a tiny merry-go-round also padded, was also a favourite. Highly recommend this for young walking toddlers and children above. Fun for all!! read more

My son was invited to a birthday party here. All of us had a great time. He loved climbing in the main area. The toddler area was pretty good but got very crowded with all of the kids and adults. I wish they had had staff in that area making sure adults were just not sitting on the play structures. The staff we did see on the floor were friendly and helpful. They did a nice job making sure kids did not cut in line and stayed safe when playing. I also liked how the party room was on the second floor so it was not too noisy. Well I just got hung up on by melanie. The owners haven't returned any of my text messages in the last 2 weeks. I've never spoken to the owners at all in fact their phone doesn't ring and you can only text them and they're never at the location. Well I've called several times now because my son is a missing person and this woman Melanie has no compassion whatsoever and refused even speak to me and basically called me yelling because I finally because nobody would respond by phone call text or email, I finally sent back an email saying that I'm going to leave a bad review. Well now I've got a million times stronger reasons for a million times stronger reviews. I would never go to this place they don't care about children your child could go missing and your child could be brought there by a child trafficker and they wouldn't even tell you if they're brought by another person and they certainly don't care about children. I would never bring my children here again. Safari Nation is a fun place catered to smaller kids (12 and under). There's a smaller section for babies to play with padded mats to make for a softer landing. The majority of the obstacles are for the bigger children. There's also other games, bumper cars and a little cafe for pizza and drinks if you wish. Socks are mandatory if you're in the play areas (even if you're a parent watching your kids) so if you don't want to pay for socks make sure you bring your own. read more
