Kids loved the "diving board" !

First time here- my son had an absolute BLAST! It was pretty clean (we didn't use the bathrooms though), music was good, the "snack bar" had decent prices- I liked that they had massage chairs, although I didn't sit in one, they're a good idea! Lots to do & next time we go, I'll definitely be jumping too!!! Staff was all young & definitely didn't seem to care about much at all. The "arcade" is "leased" so- if the machines don't work, and the game eats your money, you're SOL 'cause they'll refuse to refund you claiming it's out of their hands- I spoke to one manager & she went to speak to her higher up, who actually presented looking like a homeless man. I was pretty surprised that that was the best appearance he could have to represent a company.

Far better than the average indoor trampoline center. They have much more selection and options for activities and entertainment. My teenage sons (13 & 15) had a blast! While it was very crowded the day we went, there were sufficient staff members to accommodate the crowd. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I feel the drinks and snacks are way overpriced. But overall great experience!

We paid for our tickets online ($68.95) and then found out my daughter, who is under 2 years old, should only have been charged $3 to be added to my jump. I tried to call regarding this and after over 10 attempts we decided to go in and ask about it prior to our jump session. Jaron (sp?) the manager was easily the rudest, most unprofessional, individual I've dealt with. The no refund clause is not on the e-mail receipt. He asked me to show him my phone after explaining this to him, and stating we didn't have a paper receipt from the location. The younger lady at the front (I believe her name was Charitey) was extremely helpful and stated the offer isn't online but that they could provide a jump pass. The manager then hastily agreed with her. We denied the passes because we will not be visiting this location again. I asked for a managing partner/corporate/franchise number and he said that it ended with him. If that's the future of this franchise, good luck. Thanks to the young lady at the front for her candor and patience but that manager needs to find a new line of work away from the general public. Period.

I believe the price was worth it and my son would have stayed longer if I had let him. I am glad you can bring in your drinks and snacks. I did notice some lights were out making some spots a little darker than others. I wish the cubbies were a little bigger so they could fit diaper bags better. Also the larger blow up at the front of the store probably needs to be replaced all together as there is tape trying to keep some parts of it still together. Overall, I would come back again.

I've been to their competitors, and I can say for certain that Rockin' Jump is better. Why? #1 Customer service. Rockin' Jump has a super friendly team of people that are waiting and available to manage the parties. The parties have reserved rooms, time slots, and everything is clean, set up and prepared. The parent needs only show up and manage the kids. This is not what you'll get everywhere else. We were able to bring our own cake, but we purchased drinks. The party came with pizza. The jump time was 1.5hrs, and we were able to jump a little after the party. The Rockin' Jump facility is well maintained and clean. I had taken my son there years ago and was pleased with it, but today it was up to date, clean, and they had added a really cool basketball court with padded floor and trampolines. This space was busy the whole time, as was the dodgeball area, but there were no lines. Every area was staffed, including the climbing wall. Honestly, the experience is seamless and easy. The price is fair. The facility is clean and up-to-date. What else could you want?

The staff at the front check in were pleasant enough. One accommodated us by taking a quick group photo for us. There was also a manager (that they think was named Chris) that allowed my daughter to use an empty party room due to health issues. She is epileptic and the flashing lights in one part of the facility were a concern. He also brought her a fan when she was hot, which was way over the top. So so appreciated. Sadly, the rest of the employees there, with the exception of the two young ladies at the snack bar, were all rather rude. Only one cracked a smile and became more pleasant when I engaged in conversation with him. The rest acted like they hate their jobs and would rather be anywhere else. In fact, I went up on the skywalk and the zip line and there were no instructions given whatsoever. Just hooked up and pointed in the right direction. Chris, or whatever his name was, that helped with my daughters comfort and safety is why I am still giving four stars despite the rude staff members. Also, my granddaughter had an amazing time.

Visited this park for the first time after learning that Surge Trampoline Park closed permanently…read more I was impressed with the customer service upon arrival and the ease of check-in. Front desk was fully staff, they were attentive and answered all my questions. We went on a Saturday so it more crowded than I like, but that's to be expected. There are many amenities and features here and the party rooms are private which I thought was a nice touch. Plenty of activities, not just trampolines. Ranging from inflatable bounce house near the entrance, arcade, cotton candy machine, basketball court, dodgeball area, Jungle gym, rockwall, toddler areas for play and jumping and of course trampolines. The couches are more comfortable here than Surge and the bathrooms are cleaner. They also have a special jumping area that's equivalent to a foam pit but no foam. It more of an inflatable area you can jump into and do tricks. It's hard to explain but that's the best way to describe it. I noticed several deals and discounts advertised throughout the facility, which would allow you to pay a cheaper admission if you came during those times/days. The price point was definitely higher than Surge so I was disappointed at that. There I could pay $8 during toddler time and receive unlimited jump time in return. Here the toddler time is $15 for 2 hours. I may not come as often because of the price but there are definitely a lot more to do here and it's much cleaner and we'll maintained. So you get what you pay for. Overall I can see why it's voted top place for children's parties in the triad.

We've been coming here for years, and they have done a good job with keeping the equipment maintained since the rebranding (some of the old branding is still evident on the walls as of this review). They aren't in fact the largest in the triad (surge is larger) but they have plenty to do to fill an hour or two with activity. Pricing could be structured a bit better, but I still recommend for an occasional outing at least.

Much like the other reviews, their teenage students head up supervising the kids. It is very clear they cater to the kids who are full time students, and discriminate against non students and males (only 4 out of 30 kids were boys). At the end of movie time, one of the female students moved into my son's space and threw her blanket onto him. He moved it out, and the little girl went straight to the teacher. The teacher then told him to move. She labeled him as disrespectful because he did not want to move. Think of it this way. If you are at work, and someone comes in and drops their bag on your desk, then the manager tells you to move. Who is being rude and inconsiderate? Was that not your workspace? Is it wrong to expect/want that person to ask, can I put this here? Would you not want your manager to stand up for you and let that person know they are invading your space? Was that person not expected to use their manners? This was clearly a double standard and discriminatory. If you are rude and disrespectful in your approach, the expectation should not be for a child to do better than the "person in charge". Lastly, the kids were cooped up inside all day and there was not a lot of thought into the program.

Only for you to continue to charge me after my daughter's session was up. I called and spoke to Pam Lowder who refused a refund then was rude and hung up on me. I didn't care that I was being charged during a pandemic because I wanted to support locally owned businesses. They even sent an email asking if anyone didn't want to be charged, but I never responded. I figured I would let them continue to charge me for the rest of my daughters session I had already committed to. I noticed today that they charged me even though my daughter' session ended May 31. So I call and nicely ask for a refund and was told no. I asked Pam Lowder (the owner I believe) again for a refund. She starts getting very.. hmm? annoyed by me and hangs up on me. This is where it gets fun! I see RED when I'm hung up on! I called back not so nice this time and she starts calling me a 2 year old and hangs up again. She had the audacity to send me the photos of the policy where it clearly states her session dates! I call back... NO ANSWER. So I call again and again. Still no answer. I called A LOT guys! They only answered twice. Not Pam though. Pam had a man and woman each answer once to tell me not to call and to call me more names. And of course to hang up on me again. Still seeing RED! Quick Summary - Okay food…read more- Lots of games for various ages - Price is okay - Recommend of kids - Good service This is not the Chuck E. Cheese from the 80s and 90s. It's much better. Gone is the animatronic band, with half of the band not working. Also gone is the ball pit and slides. What's not gone is the very meh and over priced pizza. It doesn't suck but it's not great. They do have a salad bar and other items on the menu to order. What's good about the new Chuck E. Cheese are the games. Lots of games for toddlers and kids. Some for adults too. Most, if not all of the games, are one token. They give you a card to use for the games. You purchase either a time limit or tokens. The tokens do not expire and you can use the same card on another visit. So no quarters needed. Tickets for prizes are recorded on the card. I had a 3 and 5 year old in my party and they had a blast. It looked so different inside, in a good way! It seemed much cleaner and more modern. There were nice staff members working, and it was a weekday afternoon so not a ton of people. It was rather warm inside and I got uncomfortable quick. Especially chasing a toddler, I found myself sweating within minutes. Since we hadn't been before, I was unsure what to purchase. The worker suggested I do points rather than minutes. I messed up by listening and we had used our points within the first 45 minutes of being there. Not because we had played so many games, there were so many that took our points and weren't working. The Ski-ball was missing the balls completely and scanned my card almost three times in trying to get it to work. I should have purchased unlimited play in a time frame instead. Lesson learned. I also paid the $10 for my child to jump in the trampoline area, only for her to freak out and get scared and never get in it. The workers heard this going on and I even mentioned it when cashing in tickets for prizes and there was no way to do a refund or anything for it which was aggravating. Not that we deserved it or were entitled to it, but it would have been nice to have something that we could have traded like points for a couple of games, or exchange for a drink or something, just so that $10 wasn't completely lost. It's not like I knew my kid would freak out after begging for an hour to do the trampoline thing. This place is looking better than I remembered, but I feel like it still has some improvements to make.
