My favorites were a sugar/honey soaked flat cake that tasted like it may have been made with almond meal, and a meringue-topped cream cake. This was a huge surprise to me because I've always hated meringue! I don't like pavlova or macarons, but I loved this cake. They had another coated in coconut that looked like an Australian lamination that was good. I was able to pick up several different gluten-free cakes for my sister who has celiac, so that was another unexpected surprise. Definitely try the out if you're in the NKC area.

Its a cute little store with very attentive staff and some special recipes. I got myself the Vegan burrito and the Matcha tea. It was very filling , and tasted so good that I was stuffing my myself even when my stomach was asking me to stop .... and then the cold Matcha tea- the tea was good but I needed it more sweetened . Handmade by local artists, they make great souvenirs if only they had the one little word Kansas on them . One thing I found difficult, finding a cab at 3 pm. It took 20 min for the cab to arrive.
