On Friday night, I expressed my intention to leave, and staff told me I needed to wait until Monday to complete a formal discharge. I agreed to that. Sunday night, while packing my belongings, I accidentally missed my UA time by about an hour. Shortly after, I received a text in the house group chat from Ryan Young saying, "You need to UA now or we will throw all of your things on the road. This is not a Motel 6 or a storage unit." That was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. The staff themselves told me to remain there until Monday, so to be threatened and humiliated publicly in the group chat was unnecessary and degrading. I would honestly have preferred staying in a Motel 6 than dealing with that kind of treatment. This program lacks compassion, professionalism, and basic respect for its residents. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Not only did they provide a roof over his head, but went far beyond their call of duty in helping my brother enter a treatment center once getting sober. They supported him in ways that our family could not, no matter how hard we tried. They treated him like family, not merely a resident, and I mean this when I say that without their guidance and enduring support, I am not certain my brother would be on the path to recovery right now. I had recently been diagnosed with arthritis in my neck and could barely turn my head more than 45 degrees each way without pain. They would offer clients rent reduction to leave positive reviews on Google and yelp. this place was absolutely the worst. I was only there for two weeks but those two weeks were pretty gross. unless they cleared that whole place out and bombed it in between the time I was there and now than they would most definitely still have bed bugs. it was bad ...
