We saw the staff member go back to "check" and claim they didn't have it. Months passed and we called again to check and they somehow found it shattered in pieces. We were not provided an explanation of how it became shattered and the most disgusting part of this situation is that the statue was left with her hands holding up her middle fingers (and the rest of her fingers removed). Based on how the statue is designed, it would be impossible for this to be an accident from the shattering. This deliberate action is so slimy and left a bad place in our hearts.

I started my visits for an old sports hip/knee injury which no doctor was really able to figure out, until one finally wrote me a PT recommendation. I have been seeing amazing improvement with Sam. They're extremely knowledgeable and I've learned a lot during my sessions. I used to have pretty bad balance, and my feet would hurt every time I went on longer walks. For some reason, those were things that I just kind of accepted for a long time, without even realizing it was all related. I feel no more pain, I am a lot less scared of stairs, hikes with uneven ground, split squats/unilateral exercises in general, and I'm slowly becoming able to run again. I used to be pretty athletic as a teen and that's how long I've had this injury. After all this time, I have been slowly trying to get back to being healthy, strong and mobile again, despite the pain. I finally switched my mindset from "I can't run/jump/etc so I'm not going to do it", to wanting to figure out why I had trouble with those things, so we could fix it. But I wouldn't have been able to make so much progress so quickly without Sam's expertise.

My grandmother recently entered hospice with limited time remaining per her doctor's assessment. We…read moresought professional caregiving services, and in interviewing agencies over the phone, we were clear and direct about the services required. A significant, and common, part of her hospice care would entail administering meds, and we inquired about this directly over the phone. We were assured that this was a service that Home Instead provided, and we moved forward with scheduling an in-home assessment. At the appointment, the service professional said that they, in fact, do not administer meds. I would have hoped that an agency that provides care during such vulnerable times would be direct and sensitive in answering questions related to caregiving before moving forward with services. The misleading information presented to us over the phone has resulted in wasted time and further delays in securing care for my grandmother. I sincerely hope that this review is considered and practices are refined to better inform potential clients, holding more respect and awareness of the stress, time, and emotional energy required to secure care at end of life. This could have been avoided had our direct questions over the phone been answered accurately. The unnecessary time spent at the at home assessment would have been better used enjoying the precious moments remaining with my grandmother.

I am posting screenshots of the medicare website for this facility's rating. If you live your family DONOT take them here. Patient care is minimal, office staff unprofessional. At the time of my complaint their executive director either or fired or resigned and so did their social services director. Within 4 months two executive directors were replaced because NO one wanted to take responsibility for facility's poor performance to the point they abused their patients. The RED hand next to their name is Medicare's recognition that the facility has proven history of abuse. I am just adding these government's website's photos for proving my experience and review is FACTual not just my opinion.
