Dear community, It is with great disappointment and frustration that we feel compelled to share our experience with Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning of Clarksville. As the proud owners of The Village Preschool in Woodlawn, we have always strived to maintain a safe and clean environment for our young learners. Unfortunately, our recent dealings with Safe-Dry have been far from satisfactory. Despite our initial reluctance to air our grievances publicly, we find ourselves compelled to do so after months of unsuccessful attempts to resolve the matter privately. We had hoped for a swift and amicable solution, but our repeated efforts to coordinate with the vendor have been met with excuses and delays at every turn. Our encounter with Safe-Dry has been marked by a lack of professionalism and an apparent disregard for our unique needs as a childcare facility. The vendor's persistent delays have left our floors in a state that falls far short of the agreed-upon standard. There are wax spots all over our floors from an apparent lack of finished work that are now flaking and posing a risk to our children. Despite having paid for a complete job, only one room was attended to, and the subsequent attempts to finish the job were marred by impractical requests, such as closing classrooms or working at night--both of which are non-starters for our operating hours. In an effort to accommodate the vendor, we went above and beyond by having our team move furniture multiple times on weekends. Regrettably, these efforts did not yield the desired results, and the quality of the workmanship was sorely lacking. We find ourselves in the unfortunate position of having given Safe-Dry multiple opportunities to rectify the situation, only to be met with ongoing frustration and disappointment. We want to make it clear that we are more than willing to remove these reviews if Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning of Clarksville is willing to fulfill the agreed-upon job that we have already paid for. We believe in fair and honest business practices, and we had hoped to resolve this matter privately. However, in the absence of any meaningful engagement or resolution from the vendor, we feel compelled to share our experience with the community to alert others to the challenges we have faced. We sincerely hope that Safe-Dry will take this opportunity to address our concerns promptly and professionally. The new owner of this business has been hounding me for about six months to try to make up for the poor practices of the previous owner. I'll give this to him: he sure is persistent. He showed up at my door about two Sundays ago to ask what he could do to make up for the bad service we had received. After a pleasant discussion, Shawn said he'd send his best technician out to clean the two rooms we had originally asked for and he would also clean our stairs. I told him my bad review had nothing to do with wanting something for free, but he wanted no money. Last Wednesday was an icy/snowy day and Daniel, the technician, drove two hours and was early to the appointment! I told him he should have rescheduled due to the weather but he had a singular goal this day: to show me what the new culture of this business was about. He did a fantastic job on the carpets, was a polite gentleman, and was quite knowledgeable about his trade. He even took two throw rugs back to his warehouse because it was too cold for him to clean them outside that day. I got them back yesterday, and they look great. I would highly recommend this company based on the new owner and his philosophy of excellent customer service and integrity, and especially because of Daniel's incredible work ethic. My one caveat: persistence can be really irritating, especially if you've got a heavy work schedule and a lack of time to respond on their timetable, but it is nice to see an entrepreneur who wants to make things right. read more

Just had Safe-Dry over to clean the floors and sofas last week and I normally don't bother to post reviews, but I have to say that Tayler at Safe-Dry did a great job. He was very professional, polite, and answered all of our questions. My wife and I have pretty severe allergies so we were happy to find out they use a hypoallergenic process unlike other companies we've used in the past. It caused no adverse effects and didn't even smell funny after he left. Plus, it was dry when he left just like he said it would be. The price was exactly what we were told it would be over the phone. I feel I got what I paid for and then some. I honestly would have paid double for the job he did. It didn't take all day either like the last guys we used. He was done with the whole house, sofa, and love seat in just under 2 hours AND he moved our furniture for us. Will be using them again in the future. I can't say enough how happy my wife and I are that we've finally found a company in Spring Hill that fits our specific needs and price range. I meant to write this a little while ago... I called Safe Dry, by mistake and didn't even know it until they came out. I was truly impressed Kimberly, the previous customer service rep, she was open, honest and forthright about services, cost and various conditions. When the first rep came out, I was very disappointed with his overall actions and was NOT happy when he left. I spoke with Kimberly and she sent another rep out who re-measured may rooms and did an excellent job not only explaining what the comes might be based on the carpets condition, but he worked hard to leave the area better than he found it, and he did. No false hopes with Kimberly and Matt, and I thank you. I was very pleased in the end with the results. I do not like to feel like I was taken advantage of and that is how I felt with the first rep and the manager. Kimberly is a gem and so is Matt. read more

I've been shopping around for a place to clean my carpets and I'm so glad I found safe-dry. they really did a great job on my floors and oriental rugs. I was hesistant to let them take my rugs because they're antiques and they were given to me by my grandmother but they look brand new! The price was just right, not too expensive. I feel like I really got my money's worth. He moved furniture and there was no extra charge for that or for bringing my rugs back to me which I liked. The other company I called wanted to charge me for both of those additional services.. Overall Im very happy with the experience it was smooth and quick and I will use them next time too. read more

I used this company to get my mothers whole house of carpet cleaned and it was the best experience I have had with a cleaning service they used no chemicals the best sanitation products I have seen they actually work!! They made they carpets look new!! But the biggest plus of all was there customer service they're technician I had named Tayler was the best he was fast efficient and very knowledgeable about the services he provided and went in great depth explaining how his process worked witch made me feel like I was getting my money's worth!! Very pleased with the service I received from safe dry. Wife had them come out to clean the couches and carpet last week and they look great. As good as the day we moved in. She said the technician who came to our home was very helpful in answering all of her questions and she didn't feel like he was pushy like some of these guys tend to be. I was working that day so I was concerned about the price being what we were told... but the price was right we really got our money's worth this time. What a great employe Safe-Dry has in Isaac B. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. My carpets look great now, stubborn stains are gone, the place smells great, and my carpet was dry in about an hour!
