!!!!!!DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I had a window replaced from this company on June 2,2025 it is September 16,2025 so literally 14 days after there "30 day" warranty, we'll today as I stated above is 3 months 2 weeks after and the window fell out when I was cleaning it. Mind you you dont need to apply pressure to really clean a window, when I called to speak to them about them fixing there mistake it was the absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life! The guy didnt even ask for the address to look up the account for the repair, immediately asked for pictures and immediately said he has no records of it being done! Immediately said it would fall out the same day not later. Well my boyfriend called from his phone to set up the appointment/order to get it done. So he literally already was not trying to do something about this from the beginning. Had my boyfriend call, he asked for pictures so we sent them, asked for the receipt of course sent all that, stated he would review them and call back. About a hour later we call back since he never called back to his paying customer, he once again said it would fall out the same day, that the warranty is past 30 days that it wouldn't have fallen out from there work. Rude as can be even called me "homie". Let me tell you, the screws they used were self tapping well supposed to be and yet they didnt lock into anything, there so tiny its insane! They used double sided foam and glue that it still wet to this day!! They refuse to fix it even though its not my fault this happened it was clearly the work this company provided. Now it has to be done by another company and paid for AGAIN!!! Also wanted a paper receipt but they dont give you one and by the way he says they wont do nothing without a paper reciept so watch out for this also! I want the window done right and the money back for the first one and now this one that the owner is paying for this time. This is not right by any means at all. After removing two rickety wood fence slats, someone entered the backyard and burglarized my Southern California home in the middle of the night while it was unoccupied, by breaking glass in a sliding glass door in the back. The monitored burglar alarm immediately went off and the police arrived quickly. So, the burglar didn't stay long, and while some personal items were moved, nothing was taken. But a gaping jagged hole had to be secured, and glass replaced. I called a different company first, and was quoted a price for boarding up the opening that was almost three times what Safe Glass charged me. So, I went with Safe Glass, and Israel and crew arrived at the house swiftly, and did a very professional job of securing the premises until a new glass door could be ordered and installed. In the ensuing weeks I wound up ordering another replacement sliding glass door, and two retrofitted framed double-paned glass windows to update the house exterior, and am very pleased with how each job came out. Only two temporary glitches occurred, and both were quickly remedied. On the last window replacement the company supplying the glass for Safe Glass's correctly sized order prepared the wrong size. So, this window's installation had to be delayed some days to receive a properly cut window at no extra charge to me. And, just after this new window was ultimately installed, and Israel and crew had been gone about 30 minutes, I noticed that the house alarm system no longer worked, because a magnetic contact on the old window had not been taken off and affixed to the new window. Not to worry! I immediately called Israel, and he said he would turn around and return within 45 minutes to remedy the problem, and he arrived back at the house faster than that with the needed contact in hand. He got the alarm system working within 10 minutes, and no alarm problems have been experienced since then. I did not think of or mention to Israel retaining the old alarm contacts prior to installation of this window, and they were largely out of sight. So I don't fault anyone for overlooking this. In any event, less than 1 hour was lost in having a fully operative home alarm system. The important thing is how quickly Israel responded to an identified problem and fully remedied it to my satisfaction. The new windows look great; less outside noise is now heard in the house; and my wife, Diane, is thrilled about the lack of exterior dust seeping in to rest on window sills. I will not hesitate to hire Safe Glass again to secure or replace glass windows or doors if another need for their services ever arises. To further reduce the odds of another unwelcome entry, a new secure vinyl fence has now been installed to replace the old rickety wood one that lasted over 40 years. No one wakes up that early. Lmao He gets there and can't find the building. I was really impressed with Israel's speed in coming out to our house and replacing a broken window. Not to mention his rate for doing so was very reasonable. This window that needed to be replaced is not a common size (our house is almost 50 years old), but he had the glass with him when he got here. The last time we had to replace a window of this exact size was about 15 years ago. My hubby had to remove the window frame, take it to a glass shop, and then re-install it himself. Israel did ALL the work and only charged us a few dollars more than it cost us 15 years ago where we did almost all the work. I chose Safe Glass to replace a broken window based on a low quote and great Yelp reviews, but ended up confused and disappointed with the service I received, which seems polar opposite from the other reviews here. After Israel rescheduled last minute three times due to various reasons, I ended up going with another company (Smith Bros. Glass in Ontario), who initially quoted me slightly higher, but were much more professional and took care of the repair quickly with no problems. Two of the reasons for rescheduling (rain and truck breaking down) were reasonable in my opinion, but the third was not. He scheduled an appointment window between 1 and 2:30 p.m., so when he didn't show up by 3, I gave him a call to see what was going on. The only explanation I got was, "What city are you in again? Oh okay...yeah, sorry, we won't be able to make it out there today...I'll call you later to reschedule." Especially for those of us who work during the day and need to make special arrangements to keep appointments, this is unacceptable--the least he could have done was called me before I had to call him to see whether he was going to show up. Combined with the two other last-minute reschedules, I was left with the impression that this company didn't respect my time, which is why I decided to go elsewhere. read more

Someone broke into our house through a window. I sent Safe Glass a picture of the broken window and they gave me a quote within 20 minutes. The quote blew the other quotes I had received from their competitors clean out of the water. After confirming the job, two gentlemen named Tree and Lucas were here within the hour and had the broken window fixed in less than an hour. All together the whole process took less than 2 hours. They were very professional and did not waste any time getting the job done. God forbid something like this happens again, but if it does I know who to call first. Don't do "business", if you can call it that, with this man! This is the first time I've done business with this VERY rude man. I had him repair a couple of screens for me. He charged me $40 per screen, which I thought was a lot; however, I was going to pay for them. He up on my the first time I was trying to get what I needed done; why, I don't know. Absolute pathological liar, sub par workmanship, extremely unprofessional conduct! He is operating illegally without a license and legally cannot do a job over $500 and obviously for a reason. Work is subpar, unprofessional and sloppy! On installation day the main window was the wrong size and for awhile refused to come back to finish the work, instead sending even more incompetent, unskilled labor to finish the job I paid him to do. I've never dealt with such unprofessionalism, he sent me pictures of hospital bands with someone else's name claiming he had a baby and was in the hospital for weeks, lied about his truck breaking down, missed several scheduled appointmets etc. I've wasted so much time from work dealing with unprofessionally, illegally installed cheap windows! The list could go on and on. The interior trim is sloppy and unprofessional and keeps peeling off. The caulking on the exterior is peeling! The windows are cheap and dirt keeps coming through closed windows! I've given him multiple chances to fix the work and the trim keeps falling apart. His website does not exist and he is no where on the contractor's board website. Also, it is against the law to ask and accept more than 10% deposits. I'll be seeing these guys in small claims court, after almost doubling the original estimate they then rescheduled us, but that was ok, the price was still good. They showed up and did the install in quick time. Now about a month later the double pane glass is cracked, I googled online why it would do that and it says because of where we live, (Lake Arrowhead) it says high altitude glass should be used or it could crack...exactly the way it just did! When I called Israel told me that there's no warranty on the glass, which I completely understand, but when I asked him if he used High Altitude glass he stated "there's no such thing as high altitude glass, and whoever told me there was, was full of "Bullcrap" we are now going to have to take them to small claims because they used the wrong glass. I hate when small businesses like his take the kind of attitude with customers they way he has, I have all the text messages and the recording of our conversation this morning where he stated that there's no such thing as high altitude glass.
