VERY DISAPPOINTED I…read morehave been using the hospital for both of my fur babies and have always had a great experience! In fact the staff was very nice upfront and very helpful because of this I opted to start one of the optimum wellness plans for my senior dog due to the fact I found out she has a heart murmur, enlarged heart and a collapsed trachea. She is now depending on her heart meds to continue the remainder of her life comfortably. So now I am paying a monthly fee for this plan along with $150 a month for her meds. With that being said April is her 6 months comprehensive exam and she needs refills. I make her an appt for a drop off at 8:00am. With her weak heart it is a lot on her to take her in a car and get her to her appt without stressing her heart and unfortunately as we were walking in she had an episode not sure if they are mini strokes or what because I never got a medical answer for her episode and what they were exactly. When this medical issue happened in your facility no one came to help me from the pet hospital but an employee for the Pet store helped me. Your hospital employee didn't not come out at all to help my dog laying out in the floor lost control of her bowels. Instead they wanted to send us back home and come back when the Dr was in. Strike one! Once I finally told them I was not leaving and bringing her back it's too much stress on her heart! If there is anywhere she needs to be is at her vet. Which I thought I could trust and care for my senior dog. Once she went and spoke to your techs they decided that I could just wait u til Dr got in so I chose to wait. After waiting 20 additional mins for the Dr to arrive I had to interrupt the two receptionists conversation w each other to ask if Dr was in and could we be taken back? Irritated cause I interrupted their conversation I finally got checked in and was taken back to the exam room. We waited another few mins and a gentleman came in. Didn't introduce himself or even acknowledge my senior dog just started telling me what tests were needed and that she was going to need x-rays costing $500. I was upset to hear this due to the fact I have a plan and was still expected to pay $500 for x-rays or I was not getting her refills per the dr. So now I have been denied get any heart meds for her and I don't know how long she will continue living without these meds. I will pursue any legal action needed if my dog passes away due to this lack of care and medical treatment due to the neglect and medical mistreatment. This has been an all-around disappointing heartbreaking experience I've ever had with my animals at any facility!! be aware of the plan they try to sell you and that its properly explained and understood correctly not just the way they portray it! They made it seem as if I'd have no worries about anything when it came to her treatment! Which was not the case I feel mislead and taken advantage of and mostly taken advantage of a pet owner in one of the most vulnerable situations! Very disappointing and current looking for a new vet!

Karma Dog Training is a MUST for puppy owners! I went through their puppy kindergarten with my…read morelittle beagle (an infamously stubborn, difficult to train breed) and it was absolutely wonderful! It has really established Chloe's basics that I otherwise would have had a very hard time teaching her on my own. In fact, I am planning on continuing training with Karma Dog and enrolling my pup in their basic/intermediate classes. I have to talk about how great the trainers are. They do a stellar job of teaching each week's lesson and will give you individual attention if you and your puppy are struggling with the command. During the puppy socialization time trainers are able to answer questions about how to deal with little antics you are experiencing with your puppy. They are SO knowledgeable about all different breeds and behaviors. It was so comforting to know that there were people that I saw once a week that I could get advice from that was best for my pup AND worked!! Much of the advice you read on the internet on behavioral corrections is very punishment based. Karma is all about positive reinforcement and building a relationship of trust with your dog, which I love. I love that my little Chloe was able to start being socialized at such a young age in a clean, sanitized, safe environment with other puppies her size. They do such a wonderful job of sanitizing and keeping the area clean that I NEVER worried about her contracting anything after I saw the precautions taken. Socialization is so important and Karma does a great job of making sure that the puppies are gaining that skill by allotting a good portion of the session to it while still getting in a great lesson. Not to mention watching a room full of puppies play is just adorable. Karma Dog is also extremely accommodating. They will allow you to make up any missed classes or even re-take a class if you feel like you and your pup need a refresher on that lesson!! You also get access to an online portal of training material that is great! I seriously cannot say enough great things about Karma Dog Training!! I couldn't be more pleased with the results!!

After doing tons of research on the breed, I wanted to make sure I started off on the right foot. I decided to put him into socialization & training right away. I absolutely loved the style of the puppy kinder garden classes. There was a great mix of training and socialization throughout each class. During the puppy socialization parts, I was able to ask the trainers any questions that came up in-between classes. Puppies can be very difficult, and training can be tricky but Karma Dog gave me the peace of mind I needed to know I could do it. With their help, I was able to gain the confidence to teach my puppy the basics: sit, leave it (my favorite), stay, go-to-bed, how to not bite me like a zombie maniac, and a handful of other helpful commands. I will definitely be continuing the rest of the courses they have to offer! One more rid bit of information I think you yelpers would find useful. For almost a month, I believed my puppy was starting to have separation anxiety, crying in his crate NONSTOP. I was horrified. I work full time and didn't know what I could do to fix the sitaution. I called Karma Dog and ended up speaking to the owner Jeff. He was able to calm my nerves and it was an eye-opening and amazing conversation. I love everything about this business and I am happy to know there are places like this that truly care.
