I was kept informed of my place on their schedule and when the painting started they were here EVERY day (3) until completed. The same painters, Tony, Martin and Max were here start to finish starting promptly at 7AM and as quiet as a church mouse. During the day there was no loud music blaring and at the end of the day there was NO mess left behind. The workmanship was great as was the communication for the questions I had during the job. All Bright returned a proposal which was very reasonable and I accepted. They said they would be here at 7:00 am today. As promised at 7:00 am they arrived. Derek & Manny introduced themselves and promptly went to work. I was having six (6) can lights installed. The area above the ceiling is attic with blown-in insulation but they measured and cut the holes and fished the electric wires through the attic seemingly without problem. I attribute this to experience. The lights were all installed and now the kitchen is brighter. They cleaned up any mess. The counter and work spaces are now well illuminated and the appearance much more appealing versus the old tube lights. I am very happy with their work and recommend All Bright Electric. They were punctual, professional and definitely experienced. My profile shows Scottsdale but our primary home is Harvard.

I had this company come out to replace a sub panel, install an EV charger, and run new,…read moreappropriately sized wires from the main panel to an existing panel in the garage (this was in November 2024, just after I aqcuired my house). Communication was hard. I asked for a particular kind of outlet but a different one was installed. I asked that the new conduit run be put through the rim joist but it was put through an existing hole in the concrete I needed to fill. They left a junction box uncovered that was 12 feet high on the ceiling. There was another service they were to perform, but they were in a hurry and said to schedule that for another time. I called, left voice mails, sent text messages and was completely ghosted. Just recently I had solar installed and found out the new run they installed to the basement subpanel didn't include a ground wire which is required by code. The EV charger was supposed to be wired with 2 lines and a ground wire, but they wired it with 2 lines and a neutral wire (neutral is not the same as ground in this case). I tried getting in touch again recently, and the phone number, the website, and even the mobile phone of teh owner Andreas Kuhn all direct to another company. The admin at this other company says they never heard of All Bright nor of Andreas Kuhn. So I don't think All Bright Electric still exists. But in the off chance it does, stay away!

We had an amazing experience with Schafer for our kitchen remodel. We didn't have to worry about a thing; if an issue came up (as is normal with this scope of work), it was handled right away. Communication was top notch and we couldn't love the final result more! Because of that, we didn't think twice about contracting them when we wanted our garage painted, the floor epoxied, and a cabinet installed in our dining room. If this had been our first experience, it would have been our last. Frankly, we wouldn't even had made it past the quoting process. Communication was terrible and it took far too long (especially compared to the first project that was MUCH more involved). Erik was our carpenter for the kitchen remodel and is not only top notch at his craft, but is such a genuinely nice person that we requested him for this project. Thank goodness because he saved the day numerous times! He also communicated our issues to Jeff, who jumped right on to fixing whatever he could and trying to make everything right. Everything turned out beautifully (thank you, Erik), but if it hadn't been for the two of them and our previous positive encounter, this would be a two star review.

Schafer Brothers just completed a complete bathroom remodel for us. The whole process went…read moreflawlessly right from the beginning. Amy was our sells rep and helped us through the process and selection of all the materials and choices. Never felt any pressure from her at all. Erick was the lead and did most of the remodeling. His skills were outstanding and he takes pride in his work and customer satisfaction. We added a built in cabinet which opened in the master bedroom and bumped into unused space in a wall in the bathroom. We were quoted a reasonable price and Erik custom built, stained, and installed the unit on site. His skills as a carpenter really shows and my wife is ecstatic with the removable shelves and the new storage space. Thanks to his skills the bathroom came out perfectly. Schafer Brothers are not cheap but the quality of both the work and the processes make the cost worthwhile. We now have a bathroom for my son that will last, that he loves, and my wife has the extra storage space she has been wanting.
