It was adjusted once, but still off-centered (with pics even submitted with a level showing as much). After much back and forth trying to get someone to adjust once more, I was told someone would get back to me the week after 5/10. It never happened, so I asked today on 6/2 if maybe someone else could help me since with this and getting some new lights in other areas of my home as well as it had been over 3 weeks since I've heard anything. I was met with immediate defensiveness about the time that had elapsed and was told there was "nothing wrong with it." (Please see text receipts below). I was prepared to spend even more money than I already have here, but not now. They really should think about how they treat their customers if they want to keep any long-term. Even if they disagree with their client, being respectful and getting back to them as promised is imperative to any customer service-based business.

All Bright returned a proposal which was very reasonable and I accepted. They said they would be here at 7:00 am today. As promised at 7:00 am they arrived. Derek & Manny introduced themselves and promptly went to work. I was having six (6) can lights installed. The area above the ceiling is attic with blown-in insulation but they measured and cut the holes and fished the electric wires through the attic seemingly without problem. I attribute this to experience. The lights were all installed and now the kitchen is brighter. They cleaned up any mess. The counter and work spaces are now well illuminated and the appearance much more appealing versus the old tube lights. I am very happy with their work and recommend All Bright Electric. They were punctual, professional and definitely experienced. My profile shows Scottsdale but our primary home is Harvard.
