They were suppose to be here in 15 minutes, it was over a half hour. They told me that they would help me reprogram my garage door, he was too busy after I paid him, he had to get to another job. He was here a total of 10 minutes. The only thing he did was push a gap at the top of my garage door and hooked the cord and open the door. No locks were removed. Of course they have you over a barrel you either have to pay them or you can't get into your house. He charged me $200.00. I called the office to speak to the owner to have him justify the cost to me. He said he'd check into it and call me the next day, never did. I tried calling the number I called before and kept getting a recording that I couldn't reach this number from my calling area. Strange since I had gotten through twice before. I had to call ATT and have them patch me through, they had my number blocked. First time owner wasn't there. I left my name and number he never called back. I called again via ATT and got him. Every time I try to get an answer out of him he said just a minute and put me on hold. I asked what his mailing address was he said 7502 Main St. and put me on hold. I waited on hold for over a half hour he never came back. That address is not the same as the one their phone number is with 623-209-8934 that address is 17650 Elliot Rd Goodyear. This phone number also goes by the name of Goodyear Lock & Key, yet the name on my bill said A1 24 hour Locksmith. These are awful people to work with, no customer service, and their charges are ridiculous. So, beware never call 623-209-8934 if you are locked out. My only regret is I wished I had paid by credit card so I could have stopped the payment over the original $55.00 quote.
