Would give 0 stars if I could…read more Scheduled to come out on Friday December 13th at 10am. This appointment was booked on December 2nd. Received confusing text message on Thursday 12/5 about moving my tomorrow (12/5) appointment later. I then informed them that my appointment was on Friday 12/13, NOT Friday 12/5. Texted today,12/10 about moving my 10am appointment on Friday to a little later in the day, and was told they have no information on me and to give them a call. I sent a screenshot of our previous conversation and was then told that they could do that for me and to send my name and address. Once I did, I was informed that they don't come out that far and that my appointment doesn't work. What a joke and a waste of time. Please see attached screenshots of our conversation.

I lost my key fob and had to have a replacement. I searched yelp and they provided a list of…read moreservicers. I called one stop as Rudy came to my apartment to replace my fob. He quoted a price and then after a while said he had to get a different one and that the price would increase. I was in a predicament and acceded to his demand. He have me a fob and the next day it did not work and I couldn't even enter my car. He somehow massed up my door lock but came back and spent some time with it. He also prob me with an infinity fob instead of an aftermarket. It worked fine for a day or two but then started to not work without me having to use the key to unlock the doors and reprogram the fob into the computer box. I called and asked him if he could take a look and see why the programming wasn't consistent with the fob and he told me he had done all that he was going to do. After a short discussion, he pretty much told me it was not anything that he did, although there was no problems before he did what he did. During the course of the discussion, he hung up on me, leaving me with the advice to take it to the dealer. Actually bit would have been much cheaper and most likely don't correctly if I had. Unfortunately I had no way to get the car to a dealership which is the reason I called a mobile locksmith to begin with. I guess I will try yelps guarantee since they advised the dealer. Be careful when you make your choices. Bad ones lead to anxious situations. It will probably cost me more than double unless I can figure out how the utilize yelp's warranty. This section after owner reply. One stop left me with take it to a dealership because something else was wrong. He tried to blame everything but himself for the problem, but all the issues were created by him. There were none prior to losing my fob and needing a new one. Every problem after that , he initiated. I took the car to an Infinity dealership and the only issue, regardless of what this inexperienced hack says was that the fob was not programmed correctly. No other issues as stated by the inept provider, but incorrectly programming of the fob. The dealership programmed the fob and now for more info that three days the fob works fine. Except that I hade to pay the dealership $225 on top of the $225 I paid to this hack. He made up shit just because he didn't know what he was doing. So amateurish. Do better dude.

He genuinely wants to solve your problem and get you taken care of. George helped me get back into my car and also made me a copy of my car key. He also chopped the lock on my shed that had never worked properly and fixed the mechanism. I thought we were going to have to rip the whole thing apart and replace everything, which I was pretty stressed about because the door was so old and I didn't want to mess with it. George came out, looked at everything, and actually figured out a way to fix it instead of just throwing parts and labor at the problem and running up the bill. I'm sure he saved me a lot of money and a lot of wasted time. Other locksmiths gave me very low upfront quotes, and I've had that happen before--then when they show up, the price ends up being many times higher. George gave me a really reasonable price over the phone, and when he arrived, the final price lined up with what he had quoted. It wasn't anywhere close to being a bait-and-switch. He also went the extra mile with the security of my doors. He backed out the old, short screws and installed much longer screws, giving my family a more secure setup and a little more protection if someone ever tried to kick the door in. I also had him replace a deadbolt and install it below the existing lock on another old door. The door sits pretty high off the ground and has a huge step-up, so this non-standard placement made more sense for the way I use the door. I asked George to do it that way, and he didn't hesitate--he just did exactly what I asked. George is a good guy, does excellent work, and always tries to go the extra mile to help. I highly recommend him and Premium KeyLock Locksmith.
