The lockers are communal but huge. The coaches and staff are very invested in your satisfaction and showed a lot of care to the littles. However, she never did although she said the refund will be sent to us within 12 days. We tried to contact her several times, but she ignored our texts and rejected our calls. We have attached screenshots of our texts with Bri as proof. We do not recommend them to anyone.We urge other parents to do their research before enrolling their kids in any swimming lesson. Make sure you choose a reputable swimming academy that meets the standards of quality.
