Here is the thing, I have driven there twice, about 30 miles round trip from my house. Each time my…read morewife and I pulled in, drove around the lot and it was like a ghost town. I was going to go up and knock on the door but it felt strange...the windows looked dark and of course no one came out to talk or ask what I wanted. As I said, it just felt weird so we left. The first time we figured they were at lunch but the second time we didn't know what to make of it because we were there at least 15 minutes and no sight of anybody. It Might be nothing.....or maybe they don't believe in waiting on their potential customers..I can't say. I suspect some logical explanation exists, but I decided to move on. I am not one who needs to go and look in the basement when I hear a noise. Perhaps I will try one more time....

A to Z RV Supercenter is a masterclass in deceptive practices. Despite their website promising a…read morequick turnaround, it took them 3 full days just to respond to my initial inquiry. I was stranded for 6 days with my dog because they repeatedly lied and said the deal was 'ready.' As a nomad, I was told to empty my trade-in, which stripped me of my ability to stay at campgrounds or travel centers, effectively making me homeless and forcing me into over $1,000 in hotel bills. Despite my 750 score and $400k+ in assets, the salesman treated me like a 'second-class citizen' and told me they were doing me a 'favor' because I don't have a W2. To resolve the delay, the salesman introduced me to his 'Boss,' who looked me in the eye and verbally promised the dealership would cover my hotel costs, saying, 'It's the least we can do.' Now, the owner--who uses the friendly 'Hoss' persona to lure in travelers but signs his legal name 'Robert Roberts' when he wants to be cold--has sent me a 'Final Notice' backpedaling on that word. I have submitted Robert's denial email and the details of this bait-and-switch to the Florida OAG and FLHSMV. They don't respect nomads; they exploit them. Do not trust their 'favors' or their words

The part they "fixed"(slide bar) could not have been fixed like stated, because there is NO power to even attempt to pull them out. The "diesel" fuel on E at pick up, waited an hour and a half for one of there employees to take to the gas station. While 2 of them including managementbsat picking there nails and playing on their computers...guessing you didn't think we noticed! Now my vacation/ moving has to wait which leaves me with a stack of bills between mortgage payments at my old house, utilities at both houses, house sitters because my pets are still waiting up there. Was suppose to be our last holiday with family and friends yet now its ruined. The job I took starting July 16th now has vanished because we had to push back start date so they decided to go with someone else. IF we decide to go it will cost us MORE because we would have to rent an RV which is close to 5000. So when you sign the as is contract make sure to leave with the rv that day because they just strip off what they want in the 2 weeks they are waiting for parts. So thank you Mark and gang for this 10,000 dollar plus headache you have caused. Guess when it's not your money being spent or life being tossed around you really don't care. So, I'll sit and wait for the tech you promised to send and pray the employee didn't put gas in a diesel like you promised he didn't!

I spent the nt there getting a drive away punchlist together beforei took the unit home. The service guys, lead by BRIAN, we're Johnny on the spot on the small but important to me "punch list" and got me out on the same day. That included my add on's like slide out awning and a/c vent covers. From the front desk to sales to finance to parts and service this team has been Excellent and Professional! I highly recommend Charlie for anything you need in Summer field Fl. as for the rest.... eh... I pray if they want to grow their business and keep customers that they treat Charlie right, as she is a bright spot in their sorely needed customer service!!

Our visit to Camping World in Summerfield Florida started off well…read more We were connected with the nicest salesman, a real gentleman named Deacon. We were and are extremely happy with him and should we go back there which is not likely at all, we would want him again as our salesman.. We picked out a used Jayco trailer and during our talk with the sales manager, he and we agreed to an OUT THE DOOR price of $17,500. We gave them a $3000 deposit and expected our new balance to be $14,500 when we returned to get our trailer in two more days. To our DISGUST when we returned to get our trailer we learned that we now owed roughly $17500 once again... this was after our $3000 deposit which meant that the out the door price went from $17,500 to $20,500.... We told the sales manager we just want our $3000 back and we don't want to buy the trailer but he wanted to talk it over and show us how much they have invested in the trailer and the reason why it would cost me substantially more money. He now said there was no way he could let us have the trailer for a TOTAL of $17,500 (as promised) but that he would generously split the $3000 difference with me which would make us pay an additional $1500 above the $17,500... of course my wife wanted the trailer so I agreed to pay the difference. As you can imagine, we left very upset with our trailer which we are happy with. We wanna mention once again Deacon was a very good salesman and a total gentleman just in case you still want to buy from this dealership. Also, they connected us with the Bank of Montreal (BMO) for our financing and they were a nightmare to work with - they were so bad we refinanced right away.... Obviously we don't recommend BMO either.... One final note, as part of their appreciation for buying the trailer they gave us 21 free nights at Ocean Canyon Resorts and after reading the horrible reviews on these resorts, we learned that people that stayed there frequently reported aggressive sales tactics, high upfront and maintenance costs, and facility maintenance issues.... Apparently they want you to buy a site there and their aim is to persuade you to do that.

Five Stars for Lazy Day's R.V. and Service Director Marissa!…read moreWe cannot say enough wonderful things about Lazy Day's R.V. in Wildwood, FL, and especially their incredible Service Director, Marissa! While traveling back home to California, we experienced a flat tire and had Ace Wrecker Service of Orlando come to help. Unfortunately, during the process, all 8 of our studs and lug nuts were stripped, leaving us stranded and in a stressful situation. When we reached out to Lazy Day's R.V., Marissa immediately took our call. Even though she explained that their team doesn't typically perform this type of repair, she didn't stop there. She kindly asked for a few minutes to see how she could assist--and true to her word, she called back shortly with a solution. Marissa connected us with Drew, the Service Director at 75 Chrome Shop, who took us in right away. Thanks to her quick thinking and willingness to go the extra mile, our repairs were completed, and we were back on the road within just a couple of hours. This level of care and dedication is a shining example of what real customer service should be. Marissa went above and beyond the call of duty to help travelers in need, and we are truly grateful. Lazy Day's R.V., you are very lucky to have Marissa on your team. High, high praises from us--thank you for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience!

I was told there was "great news" and that I would be contacted, and then the communication simply stopped\. I understand that sometimes a buyer and dealership are too far apart on numbers and a deal just isn't going to work\. That's part of buying a vehicle\. What I don't understand is completely ignoring a customer instead of taking two minutes to call or text and say, "We can't get to your numbers\." What made it even more frustrating was that I submitted another inquiry on the same RV and was immediately contacted by someone else wanting to earn my business\. So clearly the dealership was still interested in selling the coach\. I wasn't expecting them to accept an offer they couldn't make work\. I was expecting the common courtesy of a response after spending time negotiating and showing serious interest in purchasing the RV\. A simple phone call or text would have gone a long way\. Unfortunately, being left hanging after being told there was "great news" has made this a very frustrating experience\.
