I left messages.we had decided to pull out camper and not do consignment. but when we had everything lined out to take, I got a call. it was sold. but nothing progressed and no call. so we lined up to get camper. then another call it had sold again. begrudgingly we took the offer. big loss on my dads camper for us. he hadn't driven but 200 miles on it and lived in it for 2 months. but this time Charlie called me and followed up every step of the way! she is great and very helpfu. so if you find yourself in a consignment , make sure you ask for her! I highly recommend Charlie for anything you need in Summer field Fl. as for the rest.... eh... We were and are extremely happy with him and should we go back there which is not likely at all, we would want him again as our salesman.. We picked out a used Jayco trailer and during our talk with the sales manager, he and we agreed to an OUT THE DOOR price of $17,500. We gave them a $3000 deposit and expected our new balance to be $14,500 when we returned to get our trailer in two more days. To our DISGUST when we returned to get our trailer we learned that we now owed roughly $17500 once again... this was after our $3000 deposit which meant that the out the door price went from $17,500 to $20,500.... We told the sales manager we just want our $3000 back and we don't want to buy the trailer but he wanted to talk it over and show us how much they have invested in the trailer and the reason why it would cost me substantially more money. He now said there was no way he could let us have the trailer for a TOTAL of $17,500 (as promised) but that he would generously split the $3000 difference with me which would make us pay an additional $1500 above the $17,500... of course my wife wanted the trailer so I agreed to pay the difference. As you can imagine, we left very upset with our trailer which we are happy with. We wanna mention once again Deacon was a very good salesman and a total gentleman just in case you still want to buy from this dealership. Also, they connected us with the Bank of Montreal (BMO) for our financing and they were a nightmare to work with - they were so bad we refinanced right away.... Obviously we don't recommend BMO either.... One final note, as part of their appreciation for buying the trailer they gave us 21 free nights at Ocean Canyon Resorts and after reading the horrible reviews on these resorts, we learned that people that stayed there frequently reported aggressive sales tactics, high upfront and maintenance costs, and facility maintenance issues.... Apparently they want you to buy a site there and their aim is to persuade you to do that.

Scheduling, ordering the parts that were back ordered and constant communication with each other regarding the parts coming in on time the whole experience was great. I arrived the night before, and I was able to sleep in the motorhome so once they opened, I was able to get in right away. He even had some parts shipped to his house for our Monday morning appointment. The technician which, unfortunately I don't remember his name, but he was superb. Immediately got on my motorhome and just worked methodically all the way through. It was very nice because they have a sitting room in the garage area where I could sit with my three dogs and watch very comfortably. Now I have to say in route from Naples to Bellevue I had a heck of a time driving. My motorhome drifted left to right and took every contour in the road and I could fill it. Particularly when an 18 wheeler will go buy me. It would push me then it would pull me back-and-forth making it a very difficult drive and of course nerve-racking. The technician knew exactly what I was talking about installed additional equipment and made the necessary adjustments and then we went for a ride. Just the technician and myself and Ani issues we were discussing pulled over on the side of the road. He crawled up underneath and made an adjustment and then back on the road and it was as if I was driving a completely different motorhome. After dropping the technician off at the shop and of course paying the bill and driving back home down interstate 75 it was absolutely amazing! I was literally able to drive with one hand on the wheel, which I know is not right, but it was just to show what an amazing change. So what was done? I had four new shocks put on, airbag stabilizers and the best thing was the steering arm stabilizer, which is like a giant shock absorber that reduces over correcting and makes the entire motorhome handle differently. My thanks to Tom and the technician for doing such a wonderful job, you have changed my traveling lifestyle.

Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare, costing us significant time, money, and immense frustration. We paid them in full on April 3rd for a clutch replacement on my husband's semi-truck. What followed was a complete dereliction of duty: Day 1: A mechanic worked for a short period, claimed he needed help, and promised to return the same day. He never did. During this entire period, we couldn't even turn on the truck because they had removed essential components, leaving us stranded in the Florida heat with no AC and no way to charge our phones in the truck. Day 2 (Friday): They showed up only to retrieve a forgotten tool, promising to return "later." The mechanic eventually came back, attempted to remove a part, and it fell on him. My husband had to help him get it off. The mechanic then left, again promising to get something and return. He never came back. Throughout this, parts were left scattered on the ground around the truck. Day 3 (Saturday): They showed up at 11 PM with a helper, but still didn't get the job done. They left to get something and never came back. To make matters worse, we later discovered they had taken some of our own parts, which we then had to pay to replace. Day 4 (Sunday): No one showed up at all. Day 5 (Monday): I called the office at 8:30 AM and was told they were "on their way." At 10:30 AM, still no one. My husband called, received the same empty promise ("on the way, within an hour"). By 1:30 PM, they had stopped answering our calls entirely. We were left with no choice but to tow the semi-truck to another shop. Not only did we have to pay the new shop to install the clutch, but we also incurred additional costs to fix multiple things that On The Move Road Service LLC had broken during their brief, incompetent attempts. To add insult to injury, the owner promised me a refund for the abysmal service. It's now July 8, 2025, and we have received absolutely nothing. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and caused significant damage and financial loss. Save yourself the headache and your money - look elsewhere for road service.

No big deal, didn't mind helping. They simply weren't strong enough to do it. The issue is what happen after that. They had to come the next day with the bearing. Part of changing that bearing was getting a new hub cap. They did not put one on, and told me theirs didn't fit and to get my own when questioned about it. The day after they finished I took off to a job. 10 minutes down the road and my bran new 16 ply tire exploded. I check the tire, it was not shredded at all. Not even a scratch. It literally blew off the rim. Dropping my trailer on the rim and destroying it. I immediately texted/called them for help. No response. 5 hours later. Still no response. Called another company, and they came out. Inspected all of my tires. Not a single one them had matching tire pressures. One was as high as 140 psi. The tires are rated for 115. Long story short I paid them to do the work for them, they didn't do the job as quoted, they couldn't even air up my tires right, did not come and help us, and have completely ghosted us. Zero acknowledgment. Choose literally anyone else.

Despite my 750 score and $400k+ in assets, the salesman treated me like a 'second-class citizen' and told me they were doing me a 'favor' because I don't have a W2. ​To resolve the delay, the salesman introduced me to his 'Boss,' who looked me in the eye and verbally promised the dealership would cover my hotel costs, saying, 'It's the least we can do.' Now, the owner--who uses the friendly 'Hoss' persona to lure in travelers but signs his legal name 'Robert Roberts' when he wants to be cold--has sent me a 'Final Notice' backpedaling on that word. ​I have submitted Robert's denial email and the details of this bait-and-switch to the Florida OAG and FLHSMV. It Might be nothing.....or maybe they don't believe in waiting on their potential customers..I can't say. I suspect some logical explanation exists, but I decided to move on. I am not one who needs to go and look in the basement when I hear a noise. Perhaps I will try one more time....
