We needed framing, sheetrock, electrical, trim and closets built. Joe was way more responsive than all other contractors and was very reasonable with costs. The price was exactly what he quoted us. (Another contractor was supposed to start before we found Joe and completely ghosted us around the start date.) Lou was the main guy who was here several days and he was great. We felt totally comfortable with him in our home. Our 4 year old son kept asking where Lou was after the project was completed. Lou worked around us when it came to hours that worked best for our family. Our kids love their bedrooms. And our 4 year old son finally sleeps in his own bed. We will be calling Joe when we are ready to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms.

That deposit was "under the table", out of our pockets because he convinced us our construction loan was inadequate to include it. He did zero work on our house for a full three months, after working on it sloooowwwly for 5 months--and the initial estimate said the work would be completed in 4-6 months! We had to fire him and scramble to get a second contractor to work with what was left in our FHA construction loan budget. We finally moved in one year after closing. Of course we had two mortgage payments for that whole year. It was a disaster. He lied and mislead us countless times. STAY AWAY!!!!

Last March 2024, during an especially windy day a country club's tree came down and whacked the rear of my house, starting from the highest roof, ripping down wires and landed on my detached garage where it sat until PECO could make it safe. I initially gave the go ahead for my insurer, who I'll call SF, to send out a contractor to assess the damage. Well someone came out, slapped a tarp on the hole in the garage, but seemed dismissive of the house damage. And then I heard nothing for the longest time. So, getting concerned I called Impriano to get their opinion, as is my right, since I had a good experience with them 13 years ago with a new roof. Jack Impriano came out and did a very thorough inspection finding a lot more damage than SF's contractor did, including a split rafter in the garage roof. He looked at the plan for repair that the adjuster had drawn up finding it completely inadequate, so he drew up his own. He basically worked directly with the adjuster, all while updating me about what was going on. There were many problems such as the SF contractor sending the wrong information to SF that led them to believe the work was complete when nothing was repaired. The contractors invoice included pictures that wasn't even my property. Jack Impriano handled everything, everything is repaired/replaced, their crew came out in the most inhospitable weather and did an excellent job. You could tell how well done my 13 year old roof was when shingles were removed. It's amazing how nice our new roof and siding looks. It's peace of mind working with a company that takes pride in their work, and there's good reason they've been around for so long. I didn't realize they also handle windows which is on my to do list. I don't think I would trust anyone else. Thank you Jack and Ed and the rest of your hard working crew, including the office, you guys were great, can't thank you enough.

The next day as promised Albert reached back out and came over with an estimate and explained exactly how the wall needed to be done because of the slope. I went with Albert to the stone yard and picked out the stone based on his recommendation as to would be best. Albert set a start date and told me exactly how long it should take. We used Hahn Brothers after having a few issues with other contractors. Kevin came out, gave a fair estimate on time & cost, then delivered on the schedule discussed. The team did a great job of explaining what work they would be completing and were thorough if we needed to make decisions. The team doing the work were very easy to trust and were clean & considerate the entire time at our home. With a small baby at home, this was important to us. Kevin & team also spent the time to truly understand the look and function we were trying to achieve. He made experienced recommendations and could steer us in the right direction since he was easily trusted. 4/13/23 I requested a quote for a new bay window and some stone work on our exterior. I was told…read morethat someone would be coming out at around 9:30 am- on a day we agreed upon. An hour past the appointment time, I contacted Campos and was told that the estimator would arrive "soon". The guy did finally show up and was pleasant. We got a quote of nearly 12,000 dollars and we have already spent 3,000 on the window itself. The quote was odd- just a bulk number- no break down of costs so really- we had no idea what we would have been paying for. Plus we were directed to choose stone from 2 sites- neither of which had pricing. Things that make you go "Hmmmmm. .." I requested a breakdown and was told I would get it- but I still have not. At this point I'm not interested. Added to our quote was a little "extra" regarding plywood- if plywood was needed- they would charge us 250.00 per sheet when we know the retail is only around 55$. I understand that the company needs to make money but that is quite a mark up at several hundred percent. As my husband put it- he was skeptical of the entire quote based on that alone. I'm sorry that we cannot do business. I don't doubt the work based on other reviews but I can't seem to get past even the first hurdle.

They did an excellent job. Always showed up on time when they said they would. Every night when they left, you would not have known they were there. They cleaned up every day. The finished projects were more than we hoped for. When challenges came up, and they did; they worked with us and our contractors to make the repairs and alterations to finish the job well. Chris and his son, Andrew, just finished a master-bath remodel job for us. They were…read moresuper-friendly, respectful, and so easy to work with. All upcoming work, delivery status, etc., were well-communicated before hand. They always showed up, not like many contractors who work for a couple of days and then leave you hanging for days or even weeks. The job was completed on time for a fair price and there were absolutely no extra cost surprises. Honesty and integrity are hard to come by these days. The demolition work (gutted down to the studs) did not create the mess that we had expected. They took extra care to keep dust/debris out of the rest of the house and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day. Chris made some excellent suggestions to improve our architect's design, especially when it came to the details. For example, he suggested a curbless shower and running the heated floor into the shower; increasing the height of the new trayed ceiling (used to be vaulted); and changing the supported bench to a boxed-in bench to make cleaning easier. We couldn't be happier that we agreed to these changes. The workmanship was outstanding. We selected large format porcelain tiles with very narrow grout lines. The installation came out perfectly. The shower-glass installers even commented on how good of a tile job it was. We feel very lucky to have contracted with TriCounty Flooring.
