Did a very good job on my siding. Spent more time than I expected! Would definite bring them back.

If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing to deal with your homeowners insurance following a tree swiping the back of your house, let me give you some advice. Last March 2024, during an especially windy day a country club's tree came down and whacked the rear of my house, starting from the highest roof, ripping down wires and landed on my detached garage where it sat until PECO could make it safe. I initially gave the go ahead for my insurer, who I'll call SF, to send out a contractor to assess the damage. Well someone came out, slapped a tarp on the hole in the garage, but seemed dismissive of the house damage. And then I heard nothing for the longest time. So, getting concerned I called Impriano to get their opinion, as is my right, since I had a good experience with them 13 years ago with a new roof. Jack Impriano came out and did a very thorough inspection finding a lot more damage than SF's contractor did, including a split rafter in the garage roof. He looked at the plan for repair that the adjuster had drawn up finding it completely inadequate, so he drew up his own. He basically worked directly with the adjuster, all while updating me about what was going on. There were many problems such as the SF contractor sending the wrong information to SF that led them to believe the work was complete when nothing was repaired. The contractors invoice included pictures that wasn't even my property. Jack Impriano handled everything, everything is repaired/replaced, their crew came out in the most inhospitable weather and did an excellent job. You could tell how well done my 13 year old roof was when shingles were removed. It's amazing how nice our new roof and siding looks. It's peace of mind working with a company that takes pride in their work, and there's good reason they've been around for so long. I didn't realize they also handle windows which is on my to do list. if you have a leak in you roof stay clear of this company. The man that came out to give me an estimate had an attitude like I was wasting his time. He never went on the roof. looked up from my back yard and said they would have to replace the entire root and siding for &60,000!!' Had another company come out and fix the 2 leaks for $2,500. The purchase of a new roof is a significant investment and should not be rushed and the appropriate due diligence of research and interviews should be applied. Also, depending where you are in your life, if you choose wisely, this should/maybe the last roof you need to purchase considering the quality of installation, product and warranty. After significant research and interviews I moved forward with Impriano. This decision was based on multiple factors: 1. I worked directly with Jack Impriano who is a son of the owner. a. His knowledge of the industry, products, installation, etc. exceeded my expectations as he could answer all questions asked and even made me aware of the questions I should be asking! b. Direct email and phone access to Jack who was very responsive 2. No pressure sales and flexible with terms of contract 3. They do have multiple brick and mortar locations/sales centers if interested in visiting but not required. 4. Choosing a shingle color can be daunting but not with Impriano. Jack made some recommendations, shared pictures of installs and even offered addresses for the specific shingles were considering to go see in person! This was one of the most important activities we did. My wife and I picked our "top 3" colors and upon seeing our #1 in person quickly changed our mind! Seeing a couple hundred feet of a shingle color is priceless to make the final decision! 5. Jack is also very honest. He visited my fathers house and shared with him that he had a couple years left before it needed to be replaced vs. trying to just sell another roof! This creates loyalty and trust! 6. Best in class 50-year warranty! 7. Pricing was on par with competitors and better than most! This is not a price decision ultimately as you get what you pay for! After executing the contract, I can share that Jack and the Impriano team's professionalism, responsiveness and engagement did not change which is so important. I had multiple activities including replacement/reinstall of solar panels, gutters, etc in which they were very flexible with. The installation was completed in less time then expected as their workers are not outsourced and true craftsman. Impriano leadership visited the site multiple times throughout the weekend and continued to answer any questions I had. After the team left, there was not a trace of remnant from the old roof or installation based on the thorough preparation and cleanup! Even the dumpster arrival/removal was timely and didn't stay on property for an unnecessary amount of time! If there is one complaint, I do have... it's the fact they do not offer other services besides windows, siding and roofing! They would be my go-to General Contractors if their services allowed such! Jack Impriano and the team remind me of a quote that summarizes who they are: "Leaders in innovation, quality, efficiency and Customer Satisfaction. Very professional experience. I had a lot of roofing- main roof, front and back porch, 4 dormers, and a very large garage. They took the main roof down to the rafters, and put new plywood down. They originally estimated it to be a 3 day job, but finished it in 2. The cleanup was thorough. The crew, salesman, and office people were all friendly and helpful. Impriano did a superb job on completely replacing my roof 14 years ago. I am writing this review now as a testament to how their good work has held up over the test of time. They removed the layer of shingles and the original 100 year old cedar shingles, then put decking on the roof with new shingles on top . They were committed to doing an excellent job, and were very nice and professional to work with. No shingles have come loose or worn. the shingles and gutters are in excellent condition. Everyone I have referred them to was very pleased with their work. I highly recommend Impriano. We scheduled an estimate to look at our gutters to see if they needed repair/replacement (thinking they could be contributing to water in our basement). I explained the problem and why we wanted him to check our gutters. He not only checked our gutters but also took time to investigate the problem in the basement trying to determine the source of the water (not the gutters). He could have easily just quoted us bigger gutters and called it a day. That was beyond the scope of the estimate and we really appreciated his honesty. We couldn't be more thrilled with the results! You can tell the work is high quality just by looking at it. They even cleaned the patio and alleyway once they were done! Many years ago at least 18 to 20, I thought i was getting the best roof from Impriano. I had complained multiple times there after as i had leaks coming from the corner of my kitchen and dining room. They went up and patched the corner of the kitchen, but still leaks. After so much stress and patching, arguments, etc., I was just done! Not until last year when I got a brand new roof, did I find out that the worker who put the flashing on my Impriano roof - put it on UPSIDE DOWN! Cost me much money to fix my inside walls, the attic had wood root, what a mess. I know they have a good reputation, that's why i went with them. So, that said, just be careful when getting the work done and watch them. read more

Our house was struck by a tornado in October 2019 which devastated our home. Having worked with Impriano roofing and siding before we called them again and explained our situation. Bottom Line: Impriano roofing exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Great customer service; quality work completed ahead of schedule; price was exactly what they estimated. Perfect experience each time I've used them. Details: I've used Impriano for three jobs at my Bryn Mawr home. Two large jobs and one not so large job. Each time I was treated as if I was the company's most important customer. I was never pressured, never "up sold"; never made to feel stupid. In fact, one of the reps talked us out of a repair that he felt wasn't needed (when has that ever happened?) All of my questions were answered by knowledgable, professional workers. Each time I was 100% comfortable with the project before it began. The sales team is a dream to work with. It is a family run company and they clearly take pride in what they do. The work is just as good, if not better, than the customer service. The workers were incredibly prompt, clean, and professional. My wife stayed home to manage the first project but we quickly realized this wasn't necessary. These guys are the real deal. Each project was flawless. The VALUE you get with Impriano cannot be matched. Can you find a cheaper roofer? Maybe. But why would you skimp on such an important part of your home? I recently used Impriano to replace my siding. The initial job went well but there were some areas where the siding did not sit flush. Where it had been cut it was not flat. I called and Eric came out, documented the issue and explained the siding was not a popular color and may have sat in the warehouse. He asked to give it time to settle in. It did not settle in and when I called back Eric came back out. He was wonderful! New siding was ordered and Impriano came out and replaced at least 95% of the siding at no cost to me. Both times they cleaned up completely everyday. They were wonderful and I will use them again when it is time to replace the garage windows. They stand by their work. read more
