So after saying that, I didn't necessarily need service because I use a self service stations. They're very easy to navigate if you take your time reading directions. Also, the people at the front desk are always willing to help whenever asked, and they seem to pay attention really well to everyone. The space is well kept With lots to offer. The manager told me it would be fine this week and that I would be contacted to arrange pickups at my business, but nothing has been properly followed through. On top of that, several employees were openly complaining about their workload in front of customers, which only makes the experience worse. Overall, this is an unprofessional, inconsistent, and unreliable location for business use. Based on this experience, I will be switching to a more dependable shipping provider.
