This is my neighbor UPS store. It's conveniently located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Most importantly, I find the customer service at this store to be consistently good and efficient. Very accommodating ! I went in to get an item boxed up and return by FedEx. They told me I had to take it to OfficeMax for FedEx returns. He printed, notarized, scanned and emailed documents that needed done in a timely manner all while still helping the steady flow of customers coming in the door. Toren is one of the main reason I would return to this store. I have been using this store since I moved here a year ago, and have had nothing but impeccable service! The other day I had a very horrible experience at the Campbell and Prince location, which is more conveniently located to my house. I would never go there again! The only other customer at the store when I was there also had a horrible experience too. When I pulled up I saw the line was back to the door and there was only 1 employee. I thought that this was going to be a long, boring experience, but boy was I wrong. The gentleman at the counter really knew his stuff, and would work 2 customers at once for a while. He was always friendly even though he was slammed. I came up with my box open and needed a label and it to be packaged up. He has me in and out within 10 minutes. And that is with the long line. I signed up for a mail box at this UPS store on Wetmore Road a few month ago. I am so impressed. Everyone who works here gives the best customer service. Every time I come in, which is about once a week, I'm greeted with a smile and a sincere "Hello" and "How are you?" It feels so nice to walk into a business where the owners actually recognize you! Toren, one of the owners, remembers who I am and as he sees me walking in he collects my packages and has them ready for me to sign before I'm even at the desk. I love it! It makes me feel like even though Tucson is getting bigger and bigger, there are still locally owned businesses in this town where the owners REALLY CARE about each one of their customers and really want to give their best for the customer's benefit. My review is not positive about UPS. I'm reaching out to the community, news reporters/stations or UPS corporate office to see if someone can help me find resolution with an issue I have with UPS. I have contributed reviews over the years on google, and over 503,048 people viewed my reviews & photos. The problem is I bought a phone (Microsoft Surface Duo from Amazon) on 10/28/2022 and this product was defective. Amazon sent UPS to my house to pick up the package to return back to Amazon Returns 3837 Bay Lake Trail, Suite 113 Las Vegas NV 89193. The packaged (phone) was picked up by UPS on 11/8/2022 from my home and I was given a receipt by the driver. The packaged was never received or scanned in by UPS as per Amazon last email on 1/9/2022. In the email Amazon stated "SINCE THIS ITEM WASN'T SCANNED BY THE CARRIER AND MORE THAN 14 DAYS HAVE PASSED, WE'RE UNABLE TO ISSUE A REFUND OR ASSIST FURTHER". I have called Amazon 15 times with no results from customer service representatives. Several Amazon customer service reps have hung up on me. One customer service representative sent a email stating to wait till 1/8/2023 to see if the carrier will have found the package and scan in so I get my refund of $432.63 for damaged Microsoft Surface Duo Phone. Amazon advised to contact UPS so they can do an investigation. I filed a claim regarding the lost package on 11/11/2022 with UPS. On 12/2/2022 via email UPS sent me damage/loss notification stating" WE HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO PROVIDE SATISFACTORY PROOF OF DELIVERY FOR THE ABOVE SHIPMENT. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THIS CAUSES". 12/4/2022 I went to UPS Store at 405 E Wetmore Rd STE 117 Tucson Az 85705.I spoke with UPS employee and was advised since UPS and Amazon have a partnership not to worry due to Amazon requested UPS to come to my home to pick up the package and I will definitely will get my refund. The employee helped me file for a claim payment in the UPS store because I showed him all the documentation and I couldn't file the claim online. Since my visit to the store, I caught covid and finally cleared of covid on 1/7/2022 .I reside in a senior citizen community and I couldn't reach anyone to help me with food, medicine due to my current phone doesn't work sometimes. This was the reason I was trying to purchase a phone prior due to I didn't have any family here or know anyone. On 12/15/2022 the claim was not approved by UPS. I went back to the same Ups Store on 1/9/2022 to ask for help regarding this issue with UPS from another employee. I showed the UPS worker the proof receipt from the pickup of the package, the email from Amazon stating" WE'RE UNABLE TO ISSUE A REFUND OR ASSIST FURTHER "AND THE DAMAGE/LOSS NOTIFICATION FROM UPS STATING" WE HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO PROVIDE SATISFACTORY PROOF OF DELIVERY FOR THE ABOVE SHIPMENT". WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THIS CAUSE'S. I asked the worker what I can I do, who can I speak to for help, and I have called UPS 21 times asking for help and I was told this store is individual own and he couldn't help me. I started to cry because I have all the documents and told the worker everything, I been thru. Today 1/18/2022 I called UPS five times and spoke to 7 reps trying to get an address for UPS Corporate office, Legal dept or an address to send a complaint letter. Do you know I was told by each UPS customer service rep they didn't have access to any address for me to send a letter to so I can try and get help. So, I'm writing this review because I'M FRUSTRATED, HURT, BECAUSE I TRUSTED UPS. NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, AND HELP ME TO GET MY REFUND OR AT LEAST TRY TO FIND THE PACKAGE TO RETURN IT BACK TO ME. Please can anyone help me on what should I do next? This UPS Store location is top dog in Tucson. I needed to fax, (who faxes anymore??) something to DES for unemployment. The guy at the counter, (didn't get his name) was as nice as could be! After he realized my fax was to DES, he said "no charge". He explained they were doing a lot of DES faxing to and from his location, and to help people out during the pandemic, they were not charging for the service. Caitlin, Toren, Ryan and the crew really know what TRUE customer service is. This is a business that puts profits aside to do whats right. Waaaay over and above!!! I have been here several times for packing and shipping an assortment of things. Always, always the staff (and owners) have been more than helpful. Today, I was with a friend and we were picking up a large package to take away with us, there was no way this item would have fit in my friend's car, so the owner/manager (Thoren, I think his name is) offered to put this item on the top of his SUV and deliver it, for my friend, to it's destination!!! Wow! I have never heard of this. What outstanding, and over and above, customer service!! You wouldn't think this type of kindness and customer service still existed---but IT DOES!! Every piece was so well wrapped it came through the shipping perfectly, even though the box got gashed somewhere along the line. Nothing was damaged. Went here with a coworker to ship a package. It was a Friday and the sign on the door indicated the store should be open at 8AM. It was 9AM when we got there, the door was locked, and there were no employees in sight. Not sure if we missed something? Have been to this store three times. The first time to ship a package, the wrong waybill was used. I had to come back a second time to return it. Called today to ask if there was a notary public by the time I got to the store I was told that the notary left. While I was there I decided to check to ensure the package was sent correctly. The rep was rude and inept and couldn't find my package by my name or phone number. He barely found it when I gave him the tracking number. I will never go back to this location. read more

Nice capable staff. They have NPR on, which is a such a nice improvement over the hideous top 40 music most stores play. But the upcharge is ASTRONOMICAL! Of course, they call it a service fee. I call it gouging. To ship a box via Parcel Post, I was quoted about $14 at this store. I then took it to the PO and paid a tad over $8. At over 40% upcharge, I think I can stand to go to Fed Ex, UPS or the PO. Use this store or this type of store in an emergency or plan to spend way more than you should. read more
