I also thought that they would be cleaning my door jams and that area when they were washing the car but that was still really dirty. I also thought that they would do a quick vacuum of my trunk, they didn't. The inside of the car such as my dashboard was still dusty, I don't think they even touched it. Overall the appearance of my car looked ok but when taking a closer look it wasn't a thorough job at all. I don't think I will be going back, I could have paid my boyfriend the same amount and he would have done the same quality work. Unfortunate that this happened because I was really excited to have a nice clean car.

Bath Subaru wasn't able to even look at the car for 10 days, so we tried Charlie's. Andy in the service department agreed to have the car looked at the same day, despite being fully booked on a holiday weekend. They were not able to repair our car, due to having to order a part. However, Andy gave us a detailed report with his head mechanic assuring us the car was road safe (just no off-roading for us!). We were there for a little over an hour.
