I had an appointment scheduled for a crack in my winshield. The appointment was scheduled from 11-4pm. At 3:30 I called the store to find out why noone had called or showed up to the appointment. I was told the tech could be to me at 4:30. I get off at 4:30 so that was not going to work. The manager John said " the tech spaced out and forgot to call me". I asked if the chip spread were they going to replace my windsheild. I was told they are a mobile company and they cannot control if the scheduled appointments run over. Very poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment online for a windsheild replacement, as I had a chip that had spidered out pretty badly. Scheduling the appointment was very easy! I showed up about 10 minutes early and was greeted in the office as soon as I walked in. I stayed in the office area while the replacement was done and it was a very pleasant atmosphere. Soft Rock was playing on the big screen and I was able to sing along with all the songs that came on. They offer free WiFi while you wait, complimentary bottles of water and coffee. There is also a restroom if you need it. My wait was just under two hours, during that time I was able to get some things done on my laptop and have very nice conversations with some of the staff and another customer. It was such a pleasant visit! I really have to say that each technician I saw and listened to during my stay was very polite and professional. They all had good raport with eachother and you can tell they are pretty tight knit. I overheard conversations with cutomers that staff had on the phone and the Safelite staff were patient, understanding, and compassionate, especially when having to reschedule service due to the rain on Friday. I enjoyed my time in their cozy little office and I am VERY pleased with my new windshield. All my safety systems were recalibrated and I feel good on the road again. read more

The manager was so friendly and accommodating It was very easy to make the appmnt but I would say I was unhappy because I had quite a few maybe 3 small dings and asked them to do all 3 but only one was sealed. So that would be my only concern. Had our windshield replaced through our insurance company. Not only did your installer damage our vehicle, broke sun visor clip, he installed a defective windshield! Now, the clip wouldn't be a big deal, if he had told us. But instead, they attempted to glue it back in place using windshield sealant. That's pretty shady work. I have mixed reviews concerning this review of the service I received 3/29/23 concerning the replacement of my windshield. I would give the office ZERO stars; the technician 4.5 stars and Safelite's Rep. in Columbus, OH a 10 star rating! First the process I was told to do; on setting up my account and paying my $100 glass coverage deductible seemed seamless. [later I found out that my card wasn't charged]. Second the technician, Damian was wonderful, met us at our park in Palm Creek, in Casa Grande, AZ. His explanation of what we should do for care after replacement was clear and easy to understand. My only exception was 48 hours after replacement, my drivers side wiper was slightly higher than the passenger side. Third, the office woman I dealt with, ran my card 6 times (telling me it was declined [which I knew was Bravo Sierra]) according to my Citi rep. to charge me the $100 deductible. On 4/1/23, my card was charged another $100 and when I called to find out what was going on, the same woman and I got in to a very heated discussion. I was as much at fault as she was! She said she would have her manager call me. I said, "Great!" THE MANAGER NEVER DID CALL ME! Four: My next call on 4/1/23 was to Citi, the rep. was calm explaining that these charges were just in pending, that if they posted, we could dispute these charges later. The rep. told me that in a week to 10 days the pending charges would settle out and she was 100% correct. The charges from 3/28 & 3/29 (installation date) did drop off. Five, I called the local shop to get the wiper re-adjusted. I spoke to a lady from another store who came to help and since the shop was closing. She took my name and number and said someone would call me the next day. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL, so decided to wait until I returned to Michigan. Lastly, today 4/17/23, I called Safelite's National Center to find a local dealer to fix my windshield wiper. The lady I spoke with was EXCELLENT, UNDERSTANDING and wanted to refund my $100 deductible for all my troubles. I said NO! Just wanted the wiper fixed. (Incidentally, my local Chevy dealer fixed it for free today while they did my oil change and tire rotation), She gave me the local number to a shop 2 miles from my house! Kudos to her! Thank you for the offer! In closing, wish I would of talked to this manager to let him know the type of combative person he had working for him/her as well as the good technician. I'll continue to use Safelite with the EXCELLENT Reps they hire as the Lady I spoke with today. My goodness, that was great Service! read more

This shop did a great job replacing the windshield in my Subaru and recalibrating the Eyesight safety system. The job took 2 hours while I waited. The office waiting area is nothing fancy but comfortable. There is a food truck a 5 min walk away if you get hungry. Staff is friendly and competent. I am pleased with the results. I am not a big fan of Safelites call center. Their text comms were inconsistent. read more

Their mobile installer put the windshield in wrong, it was leaking and raised on one side, he scratched the pillars around the windshield. Company gave me the run around about having their painter re paint my truck, after a few months I went and got my own estimate to repaint and requested a reimbursement. Safelite refused to issue a check directly to me. They tried to offer me less than half of what the estimate was for. I now have to file a claim against them in small claims court. Just want to give a 2 thumbs up to my technician MARQUIS, from 44 N Brown Ave., Casa Grande, AZ 85122. Not only he was on time, but he was courteous, professional and to top it all, my windshield was SUPER CLEAN. Not a tiny smudge or prints inside my windshield. I have replaced several windshield for different cars (family of 4 and 5 cars), two of my own. But it was never clean thoroughly. Called safelite thinking they would probably be the best option to get my cracked windshield replaced with OEM glass. Since newer Hondas required a specific type of recalibration with the lanewatch and rain sensor, they told me I would have to make an appointment and have this done at one of their locations. This location Provided the sloppiest/laziest install job I've ever seen, and Safelite hasn't even called me back yet (appointment 7/23, now 7/30) to resolve anything. First, when I walked up to my car, the plastic cowl trim under the hood was hanging out, slammed between hood and fender. Once I called the guy back out turns out they never replaced any of the plastic clips holding the trim in. After that I started to inspect things closer and found the interior A-Pillar trim was inserted incorrectly, with a very noticeable gap on the top and bottom. There was dirt everywhere, including the black adhesive smudged all throughout the front cabin. My rain sensor is now very inaccurate in detecting rain on my new windshield. The new glass creaks when going up curbs. Making an appointment with Honda to have it inspected and see if it's even salvageable or needs to be replaced again. I even dropped my car off the night before my appointment to give them as much time as they needed. Very disappointed. Furthest thing from quality service, would advise against going to this location. read more

The only hiccup we had was on my end from my insurance company(noblr). they did not approve my glass claim until the day of service after I had to call them when he was on his way. originally the wrong windshield was brought but he told me he would be back at 1 PM with the right one and was there exactly on time. My wife went to the Safelite auto glass in Queen Creek for a small crack in the shape of a small star, something they do on a daily basis; when they were done the technician showed her two lines about an inch long each going up and down from the little starand he told her that it happened while performing the repair, but he assured her it was going to be fine; the total cost was $65.00. Desmond, the technician appeared to be in a hurry to get rid of her. After a few hours of driving the lines were about six inches long each and kept expanding so we were forced to get a new windshield replacement and calibration for a total bill of $1,428.56, but this time at the the Casa Grande location where Dominique did a great job. Whether it was intentional, incompetence or pure neglect, they should absorb the cost of the new windshield replacement, calibration and make it right since it was their own mistake. read more

Called the main number and the lady transferred me to the local safelite who supposedly made an appt for me for the same day. They even took my cc #, but they never showed. I had Safelite AutoGlass replace the windshield on my car at my house. A few days later, while driving on the freeway, I noticed that the front windshield side pillar was flapping and making loud noises. I called them up and they sent a technician to my house to have a look at the problem. The technician told me that he didn't have the part and would call the shop to order it for me and get it fixed. After a few days, I hadn't heard anything back from them, so I called again. The manager told me to bring my car to the shop to have it fixed. So, I took my car to the shop and had them redo the side pillar on the windshield. However, the part was still not pushed all the way down and not placed back properly. I tried to push and adjust it to make it fit properly. The Safelite technician who did the rework told me not to "f*ck around with it too much or it would come off the windshield". I was taken aback by his unprofessionalism. If you're looking for a reliable place to get your windshield fixed or replaced, I would recommend looking elsewhere. read more

My car had to be TOTALED out due to a faulty windshield replacement by Safelite two years ago. Water had been slowly leaking into my electrical system and flooring but it was not recognized until this year's wet winter and my car happening to be outside more than usual and not in my garage. Safelite inspected my vehicle, took responsibility for the faulty repair vowed to fix it, and put me in a rental. They then jerked me around for over five weeks. At week one, they told me they were planning to move my car to a collision center without my permission so they could fix it cheaper. I told them no and that the electrical damage needed to be addressed at the dealer which is where it was. They said they had to get permission to have dealer fix it. A week later they said they had permission and repairs should start the next day as soon as they gave dealer permission. Nothing happened so I reached out to local district manager and store manager. They said they would take care of this as if I was their wife and it was their car. (They must not care much for their wives). I was a fool and believed them. Anyway, I finally called corporate after another week or so of nothing happening and corporate was shocked by my experience and vowed to help me and I stated I was concerned as my car had been sitting outside at this point for six weeks under a tarp all taken apart while it rained. Was there more mold and damage? They asked to send out another investigator to look into it more. That guy showed up the next morning and said it was no longer Safelites fault. They blamed it on my car maker and showed a recall notice that occurred before my car was even produced! I have video proof of the water going in my car when the windshield is sprayed with a hose, pictures of rusted car parts and proof they took responsibility. My insurance company took over and immediately totaled out the car and are now going after Safelite but this has been a nightmare. When they took responsibility, they told me I was lucky I used them because they stand behind their work and would take care of this because they are a large company. I will never look at a windshield replacement in the same way again and will be so careful who I choose. My car was a nice GMC Acadia that I had just paid off and had planned to drive for several more years. Because the mileage was high, it just wasn't worth repairing and the prognosis on damage that extensive in the electrical system, flooring that went back to the third row and then it sitting for six weeks outside under a tarp while there was a lot of rain and moisture while Safelite jerked us around that may have made the situation worse led to it being evaluated and deemed a total loss. Use them at your own risk. You can read this and think it won't happen to you but it did happen to us and the local management and corporate level did not stand behind their work and went back on their word after communicating to our dealer, us and our insurance company that they were responsible. read more

I contacted Safelite through my USAA auto insurance. It was easy to do on my iPad and could even select the repair time for a rock chip in the windshield. Whatever you guys do dont go through safelite to get your glass repaired the tec stated the back glass would fit he tore my whole back window out then came and said "okay so the window doesn't actually fit I'll have to reschedule for next wed." Mind you I have Already been waiting since 11/17/2021 and I let him know I would be needing my window fixed by today because I have appts and it's our only car running currently .... he then ripped out my wiring when replacing my back window he came up to me stating my brake lights weren't working so he asked me to press on the brakes with my car on then stated "they are working now" so he covers the back window then just leaves without saying anything to me.. I go to see if my brake lights were working and nothing he lied .... I called the manager he gave me the run around saying it wcould be my car battery but my car battery is brand new literally so I got ahold of cooperate they said hopefully the glass comes in by today if not hopefully Saturday I'm so pissed off I haven't been able to drive my veh couldn't go anywhere for thanks giving due to my lights not working horrible experience will never go through them again ! I set up an appointment a month ago to have my windshield replaced at this fuckEd up location. ( 44 N Brown Avenue, Casa Grande) I was sent an email with drop off instructions indicating there would be a key drop box. That was the first surprise arriving here at 5:30 am before work only to find a locked gate with no key drop. Had to bring vehicle back at 8:00 am. I let them know that I worked until 2:30 so would return at approximately 3:00 pm to pick up vehicle. When I arrived, my vehicle was still sitting outside and hadn't been touched. They proceeded to pull the vehicle in and tell me that the drop off policy indicates that all work will be completed by 5pm. Well fuck you, there's absolutely no excuse to fuck your customers in this fashion. They had the vehicle all fucking day.The manager Tony apologized and asked if I needed a ride anywhere? We have eyesight on our car for safety. We came to Safelite Casa Grande for a windshield replace. Eyesight was working fine when we came. First they put in the wrong windshield for the camera and then when we had to replace the windshield elsewhere they had broken the camera. The repair cost US 2900.00. This place doesn't know what they are doing. read more
