I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. 2/28/2020 we called our…read moreinsurance to make a claim to replace our back windshield with a $0 deductible on our truck and had Dan Wiles (the owner of Affordable Auto Glass) come to my husbands place of work to replace it. Sunday 3/1/2020, we noticed ALL THE DAMAGES he had done to our truck. We proceeded to call the following Monday morning and called 3 times and left a voicemail for Dan to call us back immediately as we were NOT happy whatsoever with the work he had done. He returned our call and stated he will "call his buddies body shop and call us back." He did so. In both phone calls he stated he would take care of the damages. Now it is March 23rd, 2020, I was on the phone with our insurance company and while I was trying to figure this all out with them my husband called Dan any other 3-4 times and no answer. We've left 3 or 4 voicemails and have called him about 10 or 15 times including multiple text messages as well and have yet to heard from Dan. We are livid with the treatment we are receiving from this business and will never recommend him to anyone EVER! I had a estimate done on the damages he did it it was $4,743.35. He damaged our headliner, cracked the third brake light on the top of the cab, and put extremely deep scratches in the paint around the window. The new window itself has a chunk missing/cut/broken off. We are extremely disappointed that Dan will not return our calls/voicemails/messages to get this resolved. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
