I just left the shop and noticed that my car windows were not cleaned properly and they applied the tint anyway . The windows look terrible. There was damage inside my car also. When I arrived at the shop, I asked for some advice on the tinting process and was completely in their hands. I can't believe that these problems would arise. When I pointed that out to Rosie she informed me that it was not her fault. This is completely unacceptable...she told me that there was dirt on my windows and the windows were scratched. Why they didn't tell me that my windows were scratched at inspection I don't understand. New tinting does nothing to see properly. After they took my money, then they informed me of the scratched windows. I would have had the window scratches fixed before spending the money to have them tinted. I asked the question to the representative because my main concern was about having clear vision. They just did not care about the customer at all . read more

Took my car in at 9 for my appointment to get my windows tinted, showed up on time they still made me wait 30 mins before they took my car in. After they were done, I waited 3/4 days later for the tint to dry and there was air bubbles in my tint. Tried to reach out to them so they could fix it, took about 2 weeks for them to see me. This was the first tint I had done since my move to Arizona. I looked at other locations in the valley but came across Rosie and viewed some of her work and now I will not go to anyone else for any tinting that I need to have done. I first went to Rosie's 4 years ago to get my Mustang tinted. She did such good work that we just recently took my wife's new 4 door Jeep Wrangler to get tinted as well. Rosie and her team did a great job, I highly recommend going to her for your window tints! The quality is very good for the price along with the service! I took my SUV to get my front windows tinted, some little girl messed up my tint and when I took to back to get fixed the mother tried to fix them and the windows and two shades of tint on them. I wanted to go back to get it done over and she tried to charge my for new new tint job. I never went back over there because I wasn't going to waste more money! read more

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I showed up with an appointment and staff looked annoyed I was there. I ask her to see if there would be any discount for tinting the whole car and she was annoyed to tell me I was already getting the best price. I left the car there and came back and the car was parked in the front and they wanted me to pay in the back before I even assessed the car. I asked if I could see the car before I payed and they said sure. I walked up the the car and it had multiple air pockets and scratches. I understand tint is applied with a solution and their is water bubbles while it sets but in the pictures you can see the tint was coming off. I let Rosie know and she immediately got fired up. She let me know that people who asked for a discount are usually complain the most like me. I asked her why she was angry I was asking about the bubbles since I live in California and can't come back for a while if something is wrong. She then told me I had the option to take it off and leave or pay her for it. I'm not a confrontational person so I just payed her. I can't believe a person like this has a business. I spoke with Rosie's daughter today and even though it states that the tint is warrantied on the website, she stated that they will not warranty my tint on my Camaro or any car that has the window that goes up and down when you open/close the car door. I will be going to someone else in the Valley. It lasted 2 years and all my other vehicles were done by them and are fine, but will not be returning with any of our vehicles in the future. What ever you do, DO NOT LET THEM TINT YOU CAR! I took my car to her and got the tint done. I looked great. About a week in the tint started to peel and bubble up.I also found out that when they took my old tint off they dammaged the rear defroster and the back window will need to be replaced. I called her and she was vary nice and told me to just bring my car back in. I did and she told me she was to busy to even look at it. So I asked her when a good time would be and she told me next week on friday. I went down to the car wash and waited half the morning and she never showed up. I asked the people working and they told me she was not going to be in that day so I called her. She blocked my nimber. I called from a diffrent number and she picked up and soon as I started to tell her about it she told me that she had not done the tint on my car and to stop calling her. I never got any paper work from her on this so I got taken to the cleaners on this one. Spend a bit more and take it to a place that will back up there work. read more
