I had a new car detailed here and there is engraved scratches from the buffing on some area of the windows. There are also deep scratches on some of the paint, from buffing too much in one area. I am very disappointed that if they were not up to the job should have turned it down. I will have to get it redone. read more

We brought in our 2012 Signature Edition P85 Tesla Model S and 2014 Nissan LEAF SL to Lennox Auto Detailing to have them detailed a day prior to entering them in the 2017 Superday "Show and Shine" car show. It's always hard when one doesn't know the caliber of a business establishment in a new area. My research said to give Lennox a try based on previous reviews and price. I was very impressed. Firstly, they are competitive in this area. The biggest factor for me was convenience and they were gracious in moving appointments based on priority in order to fit me in for the only morning available to me in order to have my car laid up for a few hours. I thought this very kind due to the fact that a broken windshield was taken as a serious matter. I do not have the availability of another driver, so I expected to wait which was fine. As long as the work was done properly, time is part of maintaining one's vehicle. The specialist was friendly and seemed experienced in his craft. I kept in mind their military discount for my son, for future business and thought that to be a boost especially in this area. I got two of my cars detailed here! They were old and we bought them on Craigslist-- after getting detailed here they were unrecognizable! The staff is also SO LOVELY!!! They gave me rides home and squeezed me in despite having a full day. Really GREAT SPOT!!!! read more

These guys did a complete detail on our four year old Subaru, which had paint scrapes on three of the four corners--totally removed (I'm not sure how but I'm still amazed!). Don't let the prices scare you, their full detail is a worthy investment. I had salt embedded in the carpet for as long as I can remember and they were able to make it look fantastic. Smoke smell is gone, and not covered up by fragrences. I could tell right away that they have great attention to detail. All the tough spots and areas that arent normally visible are flawless now.
