Ascent is the outlier. They were amazing. Their business popped up when I did a ChatGPT search to replace the windshield in my 2020 Toyota RAV4. My windshield is pretty high tech with camera inputs that have to be aligned perfectly so I needed a company with the equipment and skill to get that dialed in perfectly. Ascent was by far the most reasonable on price and had consistently great reviews. I figured that must mean I'd likely have to compromise on speed or quality. Not at all. They had me immediately scheduled for less than a week later and showed up at my door and had the job knocked out in no time. They also found a few drain tubes that were clogged under my cowl and blew those out for me free of charge. Tanner and Kyle are co-owners who are literally third generation windshield installers and have done this since they were young. Instead of continuing to crank out dozens of windshield replacements a day in a shop, they decided they wanted to be able to have more interactions with the customer and have the time to make sure they did the job right. Hearing more about their business I was only more sold on these guys. I personally appreciate and applaud that they've figured out how to create a small business that's efficient and still leaves them time to invest in their families. When I asked if they intended to scale, they emphatically said, "Nope!" They love being able to move at a pace that's sustainable to do the job well and take care of the customers. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

I'd put fingernail polish on the chip because I was afraid it would crack further ... they very kindly told me not to do that again as it can make repair more difficult. A piece of transparent tape is enough to keep dirt out until a repair can be made. The nice lady at the desk walked me through the claim on my insurance company's app. Easy peasy!

I researched various windshield replacement services in the Fort Collins area and settled on my top three. After viewing the company websites and reading recent reviews on Yelp, I decided NOVUS was the best option. Being a busy person, I don't have time to go and wait in a waiting room while the work was done. Instead, I needed to have the glass technician come to my home and install on site. In communication with the NOVUS scheduler, they were very pleasant and willing to work with me on arranging a time that fit my schedule. During the heat of the summer, they explained they schedule home replacements only during the morning hours. We arranged for a date about a week and a half away, which I felt was reasonable. On the scheduled day, the tech called me when he was on his way. WIthin a short time, he arrived with a partner. They parked adjacent to the car, and said they'd let me know when the installation was complete. Within the hour, they advised they were done. There were specific instructions to follow regarding care of the new windshield. These included removing the outside tape at a specific time and leaving a side window slightly open to reduce air pressure when doors were closed for the first day. This was explained very clearly so there was no confusion on my part. The customer care was very friendly and their installation was professional. No worries from me as to the quality. I recommend you consider NOVUS for your vehicle windshield replacements. You will be satisfied.

It's very disappointing since I love supporting small local businesses. Sad. I hope sure learners and can improve her customer service model. I'm VERY disappointed by Ander's they came highly recommend but I'm not sure why. We waited while they worked on my windshield. We heard plastic break and the tech start to cuss. I understand that things break, but they didn't mention anything to us when they said it was done. We checked the windshield before we left and pointed out that my truck was now missing the plastic weatherstrip wiper cowls on BOTH sides (like he broke one so he didn't put the other one back on in hopes we wouldn't notice). The plastic weather striping is also damaged AND missing clips so it's not held down properly. We pointed this out. We were told the tech was at lunch but they would call us when he returned... shockingly they never called us, so we called them. They said the tech claimed he never saw the cowls and they must've not been there (despite us pointing out obvious rub marks from them being present for 20 years.) They admitted that some of the clips holding the weather strip down broke which is common. They told us that we needed to take my truck to a Ford dealership to get an estimate for the parts. They said they would replace the missing cowls but they wouldn't do anything about my damaged weather stripping because it was "common" that this piece breaks (this was not mentioned before the service). 1) why would you say you'll replace the cowls if your tech didn't break them? 2) if it's common for a part to get damaged, why not keep it on hand to fix? 3) if something breaks why hide it from the customer? We're not that upset that parts were broken, we understand that things break. What pisses us off is that they tried to hide it instead of making it right. I love my truck, I should've just used Glass Doctor or Safelight. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

I will be telling everyone we meet traveling around the country to avoid this immoral greedy thief. If he had any conscience he would refund the 4 hrs. of labor he stole from me. One day he will reep the consequences of ripping people off.

These guys are great! I had a rock go through my RV windshield about an hour south of Gillette. I used my iPhone to look up auto glass shops in the next big town, and found Artistic. Diesel truck 2 bad batteries called the store Saturday night about 10 minutes until store closed, said he was about 20 minutes out and needed batteries. Customer informed store closed at 10 and they were going thru shut-down procedures and cash registers wouldn't be avail, however if could pay with card they could do transaction. Took customers order over phone. Store was closed, he arrived at 1020, Scott helped employees install his batteries. 2. New Yrs 2019 Family returning to Kansas from Montana, Chevy Suburban, Waterpump went out. Customer ordered parts on-line. Assisted customer in store swap-out fan blade assy, they couldn't get it off installed new blade assy. They bought 4 gallons of 50/50 mix antifreeze $70 sum bux plus tax. Customer informed let's see if we can find an empty gallon container, they inquired why. Customer informed we're here to try to save you money also. We found an empty container, refunded customer the money and recharged him for the straight anti-freeze, made their own 50/50 mix of antifreeze, saved customer about $40 bux. 3. Dec 2019 Customer had bad thermostat, purchased parts but not really sure how to change out parts. Employee changed thermostat for customer in about 15 minutes 4. Dec 2019 Customer purchased wiper blades and headlight bulb at another business, they couldn't install them, came into store told us they bought elsewhere but asked if we would install them. Customers parts installed.

After doing an in-depth inspection and no issue being found, Nate asked if he could drive it around to see if it happened again. After no issues during his drive, he brought it directly to me at the hotel we were at. He gave us ideas on what might have been the cause, answered all my questions (despite some of them probably being ridiculous!), and said they'd be happy to help if we have any issues in the future. These guys went way above and beyond amd showed true concern for our needs and car issues versus us just being a number and a paycheck. Words can't describe how grateful I am for their help and patience (and the fact that it didnt cost an arm and a leg just for no issues to be found!).
