    Waited around all day, slow service, poor customer service skills. No one knows what's going on. Imagine the DMV, but 2 times worst. I listened to an area manager call on speaker phone for an hour. According to the call the Denver area could be doing better, but props to Highland for meeting their hiring goals. All employees take lunch at the same time. Customers came in confused as no one was around to greet them. Avoid at all costs.

    Worst customer service in Colorado: Safelite AutoGlass (3254 Fraser St, Aurora, CO) / Safelite AutoGlass - be sure not to use this company. 5 hours of waiting after multiple confirmation emails and still no windshield replacement! (I scheduled 3 weeks ago and assistant manager "Tammy" had a not on her desk to let me know they had no tech available and failed to do so). When I call the shop no one is available. No help. No solutions and no accountability! Please use any company other than Safelite. They don't care and don't know what they are doing!

    Not sure what is up with their technicians but one guy parked a private vehicle/SUV in our private tenant lot (80218 area) and when I politely (and indeed I was) let him know it was a private tenant lot he was rude and started swearing. Said he was told to park there. (I hadn't seen his Safelite truck across the alleyway at this point). When I asked who told him to park there he started swearing again and pointed in the direction of 3 buildings across the alleyway. I asked which building he was referring to and he said it was "obvious". He was aggressive for sure. I don't understand the rudeness when asked a question. Eventually the owner of the car came out of his place and said "sorry, that guy is a bit rough". No need to be rude when you are parked illegally in our small lot. I'd be very weary of using their service, if this is how their technicians treat folks. Yikes. Photo is of the company truck only.

    My windshield was smashed, scheduled a replacement per their schedule. 3 hours after the scheduled replacement we were informed they were backed up and had to reschedule. Rather than prioritize us for the next day, they attempted to reschedule a week later. Our car is not drivable, utterly unacceptable. You CANNOT rely on Safelight. We went with Auto Glass Same Day instead. Better pricing and reliable. Thanks for nothing Safelight.

    6 months after install awful quality do not recommend

    Poor quality service 6 months and the product is already broken wish I could have spent my money elsewhere

    This is a craftsmanship they offer. I've expected lust normal installation. If my car warranty didn't pay I wouldn't come here never

This was the easiest and most Exceptional experience. Crystal actually answers the phone, like real old school service when the phone was on the wall. Crystal even had my insurance claim approved within 15 minutes. She actually took all my information on the phone and then handled it. No requesting "texts only" like Safegurad, no, get back to us when your claim is approved and then hanging up. Yes to honesty and integrity when Lawrence showed up. Lawrence was straight forward and knowledgeable on the type of cracks I had and that that may not be perfect. He advised that drilling the type of chip/crack I had could cause it to spread. He even called Crystal to see if a new windshield was available to replace it, if necessary. But, it didn't crack and it was the best job possible with what I had going on with my chips and cracks. Didn't even sell me a new windshield knowing my insurance covers it. Lawrence had such kind words about Crystal too. (Refreshing;). Lawrence, Crystal and Quality Auto Glass are the shinning star of service, Delivers 1950's customer care with 2026 experience and technology to get the job done right. Exceeded all expectations. Call them and they will pick up the phone with "happy to have your business" attitude and actually sincerely mean it. You too can be treated like a Rock Star, even if you only exist as one, on the road with the stereo cranked! This isn't their Grandma posting and sadly, I wasn't even paid for this review. I called Quality Auto Glass and they said they had no problem doing it. This car was not manufactured to facilitate the easy replacement of the windshield and there were also problems with the availability and fitment of the replacement parts. However the guy that came out to install it dealt with every problem in a professional manner and did not cut any corners. Quality Auto Glass quoted me a fixed price for the job and honored it even though the installation took much longer then anticipated.

    You know the old saying that when looking for a service, you should be looking for price, quality,…read moreand speed, but you'll have to choose which two of those qualities are most important to you because one of the three will almost almost be missing. Ascent is the outlier. They were amazing. Their business popped up when I did a ChatGPT search to replace the windshield in my 2020 Toyota RAV4. My windshield is pretty high tech with camera inputs that have to be aligned perfectly so I needed a company with the equipment and skill to get that dialed in perfectly. Ascent was by far the most reasonable on price and had consistently great reviews. I figured that must mean I'd likely have to compromise on speed or quality. Not at all. They had me immediately scheduled for less than a week later and showed up at my door and had the job knocked out in no time. They also found a few drain tubes that were clogged under my cowl and blew those out for me free of charge. Tanner and Kyle are co-owners who are literally third generation windshield installers and have done this since they were young. Instead of continuing to crank out dozens of windshield replacements a day in a shop, they decided they wanted to be able to have more interactions with the customer and have the time to make sure they did the job right. Hearing more about their business I was only more sold on these guys. I personally appreciate and applaud that they've figured out how to create a small business that's efficient and still leaves them time to invest in their families. When I asked if they intended to scale, they emphatically said, "Nope!" They love being able to move at a pace that's sustainable to do the job well and take care of the customers. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Even left me with little clear stickers in case I get a chip in the future! Saving their cards in both of my cars, would use again.
