Rinky dink looking place and operation IMO, surprised Safelite allows it. It seems Safelite is 100% call automated and you won't talk to a human when trying to schedule. My windshield was replaced okay but it wasn't cleaned at all and had 2 big suction cup circles and the inside was grungy too. The repair guy looked totally unprofessional. Safelite tv ads had me expecting more professional - everything. I won't go back. read more

They made sad times a little better. Only a few days after buying a new car (only the second time we have ever done so) a truck threw a rock at the perfect spot in our windshield to break it. . . .not "chip" it, but an instant crack that rapidly traveled across our line of sight. We called our insurance company who transferred us to a 3rd party who works their glass claims. (This was the worst part of the experience as they scheduled us at a Safelite location in the wrong State. . .but that's a review for another day) Safelite contacted us just a couple days later, amazing as it was a Holiday weekend and this new car has a very strange windshield they thought would be backordered. Somehow they sourced this original factory part very quickly. I accidentally drove past their shop in Jonesboro located on a dead end and immediately received a phone call from them to provide directions/steer me right into the work bay. The shop and waiting area was very clean, employees were friendly, welcoming (wore face masks; much appreciated as this was during rising COVID cases) and most of all, meticulous. The new glass install was perfect in every way. Protective covers were always on painted surfaces and no evidence any work took place on the car. The complex safety system also had to be recalibrated, they had the tools to perform this work correctly (saved a trip to the dealership) and send a recalibration certificate. I HOPE I don't need to use them again! However I have a feeling we will meet again. read more

Horrible experience with safelite auto glass. Trouble with verifying insurance was what I was told, 2 weeks prior I had no problem with them fixing 2 chips in my windshield. THEY SAY THEY TAKE CARE OF VERIFYING TOUR INSURANCE!!! Says it online, plus I was told that exact thing over the phone. Tried to get it taken care of over the phone, with no luck. Customer service was disrespectful, unprofessional and extremely rude. Would not recommend doing business with safelite. read more

We'll after waiting a week for her scheduled appointment today at 11am, when she arrives they say there is nothing in their system showing she has an appointment. After researching they came back and said it was for next Monday, not today. Absolute bullshit.... Their technician said he was behind schedule and couldn't look at it today and that they didn't have a replacement windshield anyway and they'd likely have to install another one. Now how does he know the windshield is bad without looking at it? They said they'd have to do a pressure test to determine why it's leaking, yet he just fed her this bs.... Jonesboro, be very careful about using Safelite. Their work is very questionable and customer service sucks to say the least. If I could rate zero stars I would. read more

My windshield received a chip from a rock. Although it was small it had several spider cracks and I didn't want to wait until the weather changed. I was concerned once the weather chilled down the windshield would crack when the defroster or heater was turned on. The team was great, I made an appointment, arrived early and was pleasantly surprised at how quick the service was. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them. read more

I had a rock come up off the highway and cracked my windshield and it instantly cracked over six inches. I called my insurance company and they set me up with Safelite. I had an appointment at10:00 am at their shop in Jonesboro today August 4, 2022. I was there at a few minutes after 9:00 am and the glass was there and the only guy I see said it would be about 12:00 noon before it is done. So we drove two vehicles over 40 miles one way so I wouldn't have to set there that long. We come back at 12:00 noon and my vehicle has not been even moved yet, so I go in and see why they have not even started on it and the same guy tells me that he hasn't been able to get to it because he has had some walk-ins and he was doing them first. Needless to say I was upset and told him again that I had an appointment at 10:00 am. And he said but they are walk-ins. I went back to my vehicle and called my insurance company and told and hear the guy comes out and tells me that the windshield had scratches on it and they would have to order another. Right then I told my insurance company I wanted to go somewhere else and I left. I have never seen such incompetence in my life. Do the job you have signed up for and not put people off.
