Beware! Scam alert. I received a quote for a windshield replacement from Safelite, but called another place just to get a quote to see if it was in the "ballpark". The other place informed me that Safelite's quote does NOT include a disposal fee for the old windshield. They add that on at the end, when the work is done. Also, their AI system is ridiculously roundabout and a waste of time. In addition, you get multiple calls reminding you of your appointment -- worse than the dentist office!!! Got a legit quote from a local shop, and am going to get it done there. read more

Safelite Missoula was a great! Great service; great work; great people to deal with. The reason for the negative review is solely directed at the cost!!! Needed a chip repaired: $173!!!! for 1 chip.... got it done for $30..... Had my windshield replaced 4 times: $ 1200-1500. Just found out the exact glass for my truck from the Ford dealership is $430; local pickup. Not sure how you can justify over $700 for a 1 hour windshield job. I was told the glass was $700-800. Even if your insurance is paying for the repair, in the end, you still pay for the exasperated price in increased insurance rates. Do your research!! even if covered under your insurance. Make sure you're not being over charged for the repair. read more

I picked up a big chip in my windshield on the way to Missoula MT from Sacramento, CA. After convincing the USAA/Safelite dispatcher that there really was a Safelite AutoGlass shop in Missoula I was able to set up an appointment the next day to get it fixed. Upon arrival at the shop I was greeted very positively - like they appreciated my business - go figure sometimes these day you gotta wonder, but, not here. They were happy to see me, did a great job and were not only very friendly, but were fast too. The technician who fixed my windshield also cleaned all of my windows. Talk about service! I very much recommend this place of business and give my thanks to them for saving me the cost of replacing my windshield. Almost forgot, they vacuumed the seats (after two long days of driving and eating in the car the seats needed it)! This was something that they did not have to do, it was unexpected, and greatly appreciated. read more

Do you need a SUBARU Outback windshield? $875.00 if you have Eyesight cameras. $450.00 of that cost was for camera calibration. Save $ by having Safelite put in the glass then have SUBARU calibrate the cameras for about$125.00. Lesson learned here! read more

I can't even begin to explain how pleasant my experience was with this company! My rear window was smashed out on 12/5 and they were able to get me in the next day at 8am. Not only that, but they had me come in that day and sealed my window for free to prevent any snow from getting in! All of the employees were friendly and worked extremely fast.
