I was notified that I would need to wait a little bit for the replacement to be shipped but got the appointment set up for when it would arrive. Day of the service, I dropped my car off at 2pm and was told it would be done by 330pm. Less than 30 minutes later I got a call saying everything was done and my car was ready to be picked up. I was surprised at how quickly the repair was done. This was probably the best auto related service I have ever received. I once again told him I didn't want to cancel the reservation and again told me he did because he didn't want to rent to me if I got upset about it being unavailable for Saturday. He then hung up on me. I have tried calling back twice and no answer. So now I'm waiting for a supervisor for corporate. I'm scheduled to move and he pulled the moving truck out from under me.
