Had a small chip... called Safelite to check on the price and see about insurance. They were twice as much as the Toyota dealership so I had Toyota fix it. I got a call from my insurance company a couple of weeks later... Safelite had turned in a claim on my window. I can't speak for their total glass replacement, but I don't recommend having them "fix" a windshield chip. I set an appointment, and the technician looked at my windshield, and said it would be easy because it was so tiny. She said it would be nearly gone when she was done me and I would tell a big difference when it was done. I even asked again, " so I'll be able to tell a difference from inside the car?" She said yes definitely. Now that it's done. It looks exactly the same as it did before. If you didn't tell me I would think they didn't do anything. And maybe they didn't. It looks exactly the same! On the third appointment, they came and replaced my windshield on April 9. The first appointment, I was asked to let them take someone else first who had a smashed windshield. The second time they showed up WITHOUT the windshield. The third time they showed up a couple of hours after the time they gave me. When I did the survey, they asked if someone could call and speak with me about the problems. No one has called. I did not get a copy of my warranty and have no clue as how to get it because no one called!! Now, May 2, my windshield has shifted, there is a car piece missing from around my windshield, the middle front car piece (in front of the windshield) has shifted. I cannot get anyone on the phone even though they say they are open. Although my post says I am in Algood, TN, I am in Tullahoma and Safelite from Murfreesboro "serviced" my car. read more

if I could give this place negative stars I would. i scheduled service back in may, which the shop cancelled because they didn't order glass for my car when I scheduled the appt. during the install they decided to service my car whenever they felt like it even though I had a 9am apt. 2 weeks after service there's a new crack right where the old one was. they installed the new windshield on top of the chips of old glass and broke the new one. can't free the 4" crack in the surface but you can see it. when I rescheduled for warranty service, they cancelled my apt the day before because they didn't have glass again. on top of that they scheduled an apt for a random day and didn't tell me. try to talk to customer service and can't get anyone onsite to answer the phone at all. they even wanted to charge me again for their install fuck up. now I have to drive to Nashville to get service done cause this location is so fucking bad. I really hope they shut it down or fire everyone here cause they are all terrible. read more

Totally awesome job, Stephen gave me a head's-up for an arrival time, and then rolled in as expected. He is extremely nice and personable! He even pointed out things to keep an eye on for my vehicle that had nothing to do with the windshield he replaced. He was fast, efficient, and explained what I had to do after he was done. My front window was smash. The whole thing had to be replaced. My appointment wasn't til 3pm. I had dropped it off early, around 8 am so I could ride share home. They had it done within an hour. They were super nice. Very informative. I recommend highly. Thank you to the crew there. read more

They canceled my 1st appointment due to not scheduling the windshield. Gave me an appointment for a month later then cancelled the day of the appointment due to being overbooked. The manager never called to explain or return my calls on this poor service. read more

I have a Honda Pilot. The first time I dropped my car off they replaced my windshield but couldn't recalibrate all the cameras and other safety stuff. they explained that replacing the windshield on my vehicle is more complicated which is why it takes 3-4 hours. I had an appointment scheduled 3 weeks later for the recalibration which they had to cancel because they still didn't have whatever they needed to get the job done. I finally took my car back in to get everything recalibrated today and was told it would take an hour. I decided to wait since it was only an hour wait. I was there for 3 hours. Im very thankful that it's finally complete I just wish I would have been given a more accurate wait time so I could of made other arrangements. also trying to schedule my 3rd and final appointment with them was kind of a nightmare. It took texts and phone calls and a total of 40 minutes to get back in their schedule. Also, while waiting for 3 hours they told several customers they didn't order or receive the correct parts. one woman drove to Murfreesboro from Columbia and her appointment had to be resche filed. everything seems good with my windshield and all the other functions, but my experience could have been better. read more
