my wife took her brand new 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe to these people and they did the worst job I've ever seen on a window tinting job. I have three different window tints on my car. One blue one is brown and the third is clear. I took it back to have them fix it and the OWNE tried to tell me this is how they do tint, I would never recommend this company to ever touch anybody's car let alone when we went to pick it up there was pieces hanging off of the car that they did not put back on (door panel) the service from this company is very poor and they do not hold their value and their customers higher than they should. Their only out to benefit their pockets and not care about the customer and quality of their work. Piss poor work! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The tint on my front windows is bluish and on the back in tan ish. The colors don't match and the tints are supposed to be 5 percent. I have no doubt that none of my windows are. I took it back to get fixed and it's just worse like they put a layer over it and now I have to find a new shop to remove and replace costing me even more money. Last year I had my new suv Lexus passenger windows tinted and the film is different. It's a foggy blue that disturbs your view when sunlight hits it. I'm having it removed.. it's too disturbing. This is sad because I've had 4 others tinted here which were perfect. read more

These guys are great. I called multiple highly-rated placed near me to get my husband's Dodge Durango RT 2019 front driver and passenger windows tinted. My husband wanted to match the already tinted factory windows. These guys answered and got me set up almost immediately. The ceramic film is beautiful. I went forward with the higher end ceramic than the standard to have 90% heat resistance. They were very educated and informative in explaining how the film works to match the factory tinted windows. Landon, who is highly recommended on these reviews, was extremely helpful and made sure I was 100% happy before I left. Shocking! It is 11:38 am June 24, 2013, I had a 11:00 am appointment to have my windows tinted. I just moved into Nashville from out of state and although I left with plenty of time unfortunately I got lost (even using my GPS), as a result I didn't arrive to the appointment until 11:15. I called ahead of time at 10:45 to let them know I was arriving just a few minutes late. When I walked in the door and announced who I was Landon C. shouted over his shoulder that I was 20 minutes late (really less than 15) and that he might have to reschedule me to the next day. I have been a small (and not so small) business owner for over 20 years and I understand schedules and there importance, but the way Landon continued to handle the situation was so completely unprofessional that for the first time EVER I am writing (yelping) a negative review. I asked to be allowed to call the dealer that sold me the car and arranged for the window tinting from Landon's office. I was handed a phone that didn't work and told that no one knew the phone number. When I went back outside to retrieve my mobile phone I found out Landon was on the phone already with my contact at the dealer. When we were able to talk he was rude, aggressive and hostile. My opinion is that they over booked themselves and saw me as an easy way to lessen the load. In ANY event they were rude and extremely unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. read more

I have been using Landon and team for over 6 years for tint and clear paint protection on my many personal vehicles. These guys are about quality work not necessarily warm and fuzzy customer service. Thats NOT saying these guys are rude and obnoxious but very busy and focused on the job at hand. These are the reasons I pick them over and over again. My truck got broken into (classic smash and grab) and Safelite replaced it for me. Brought it into Xtreme to have the replaced window tinted so it would match the rest of the truck. Owner gave me a great price and even came in on a Saturday to fit me in and matched the tint perfectly to the existing tint on the rest of the truck. Window tinting started out as a nightmare for me. I went to 2 other companies, one had stripes in the film and told me it was my windows on a almost new vehicle. The second time, I thought I was smarter by looking at reviews online. I picked Performance Film based on the online reviews, it was beyond a nightmare the work was inferior and the owner was condescending. The badly scratched my sill, put a hole in my back seat and left enough glue on my windows that it should have embarrassed them. After that I was terrified to try again. Discount Tires recommended Xtreme. This time, I wasn't taking any chances and sent up prayers before I went. Xtreme was what I was looking for when I took it to the first shop to have it tinted. The job was clean, well done with professional results. I spoke to some of their other customers who has used them for years and they allayed some of the trepidation I was experiencing. Cody was an absolute gem. Love you Cody by the way (^_^) Xtreme went above and beyond and I am very pleased; I only wished that I could have tipped them what they are really worth! I moved to Nashville area in 2004. Since then I had this team take care of all of my following vehicles: G35, G37, Civic Si, Honda Accord, Dodge Charger and latest addition BMW X5. Had great experience each time but the product was the best. Not ever did I have an issue with my windows. Their product quality and workmanship is best in town. If you want someone to kiss up to you, don't come here. If you want perfectly tinted windows this is the place. read more
