I had a tight time budget as I'm in Orlando for 2 months M-F for cancer treatment. I dropped my car off early Thursday morning and asked the owner if I could get my car by 1PM Friday as I had to be in Melbourne FL by 3PM. Juan gave me a more than competitive quote and Omar, the owner, assured me the car would be ready by 1PM the next day. I received a text at 12:25 Friday that my car was ready for pickup. Wheels looked brand new! If you live in Orlando you will not find a more fair price or better quality work on wheel repair. Very professional and true to their word.

We came back after exactly an hour and the car still hadn't been moved. We ended up having to wait another 35 minutes before we got the car back. They told me they would do an alignment check as well which was never done. I had a similar experience with this shop when I purchased the tires 6 months ago. I was happy with the price I got the tires for, but the service was slow. Last time, they took over 90 minutes longer than the promised time. I get it. Sometimes things get busy...but I have given them two chances now and both times I was disappointed. Don't plan on getting anything done quick here. If you are dropping off, then it may be fine. But if you are needing something done and don't have the ability to drop-off, plan for a good chunk of your day to be consumed and don't trust the given timelines. Hopefully they can improve the accuracy of their time estimates or better prioritize their customers to ensure better customer service.

The team carefully examined each wheel, explaining in detail what they were looking for and how they planned to fix the problem. Their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process. Cost us $190 and $120 for the rims to get fixed. Not only did they do an excellent job repairing the rims, but they also made us feel comfortable by clearly communicating every step, which we really appreciated. Bonus: they speak Spanish also.
