Absolute trash. Rescheduled my Monday 8-12 appointment to Wednesday because 1 tech called in. Wednesday, 8-12 came and went. no contact, no messages, nothing. Finally got through to their AI receptionist at the national level and finally got a human. She couldn't get an answer at the Springdale location either, so she sent them an 'email'. Never a call, text, or any communication. Their AI text bot sent an automated text at 3pm telling me my scheduled appointment was changed to 12-5pm on FRIDAY. They can go jump in a lake. Called my insurance company and told them to find someone else to do the work. read more

Glass Left Everywhere - Unacceptable and Unsafe Safelite replaced my car window but left glass scattered across our driveway, garage, and yard--creating a serious safety hazard for our dogs, vehicles, and family. I had to ask the technician three times to continue vacuuming, and he still left behind visible shards. The only response to our inconvenience was a technician's fee refund and an offer to clean up the glass (which we already cleaned up) Unfortunately, a week later, we continued to find glass, including a lot inside the vehicle right next to where the window broke. Any component employee would have noticed this. I requested a follow-up and asked to speak with a supervisor. No one has called me back. This was a major inconvenience, handled with a lack of accountability. We expected far better from a company that markets itself as a trusted name in auto glass repair and will no longer use or encourage others to use their service. read more

Unfortunately had a rock flip up and hit my new windshield on the way down to visit the in-laws. Pulled up the app, scheduled a next day appointment and went in. The receptionist and the technician, Jose, were absolutely amazing! Quick and quality work with a thorough explanation. My window was cracked on the highway. I sat up an appointment online. We got our wires crossed as to the time frame when the repair guy was supposed to be at my work. I was leaving work & he was still an hour away from being there, I said hey come by my house & I will be there! then I was running late but he waited because I didn't want the spot to get any bigger so I didnt want to wait another day/week even. So he waited patiently on me & fixed it without complaints. It was deep & you can still see it but he assured me it wouldnt crack on over so I was glad I didnt wait. Thanks Safelite! read more

Stopped by to see if they could attach my rear view mirror that had fallen off when I hit a bump. The lead tech there said that he could do it the following day (I was there late) any time. I showed back up the next day and they reattached my mirror. Waited maybe 45 minutes. And did not charge me! I kept insisting but he declined with a smile. Super nice guy and very helpful. I had a front windshield on my Escalade that needed some attention I came here and buddy was who I dealt with was very nice they had to take out the windshield and put a new seal on it since it was leaking took about an hour to fix friendly people and great service definitely will come back if needed read more

Broken windshield while traveling on vacation. Booked appointment online for a time that was not going to ruin our vacation plans. Excellent communication. I really can't say enough about the amount of communication I had leading up to the appointment and the day of the appointment. Hope to not need to use them again but will be the first call I make if I need glass repaired. read more

My experience was a total train wreck. interesting they would even send a request for my input. I went though my insurance company who told me to call Satellite for the claim. I gave them policy, VIN, auto details and scheduled the appointment to be done at my house. My insurance is -0- deductible. The first appointment they did not arrive, never texted or called. A couple days later I called and the service order now had the right make and model car but a different VIN and a different registered driver! The address was the same but the phone number was not mine. The deductible went to $500 rather then my $0 deductible. I set out with the CSR to reschedule and make changes. We did, when the technician arrived he stated he needed the $500 deductible payment and proceeded to remove the windshield. I called safelight who could not find all the order numbers they needed and could not verify the $0 deductible! The tech put my broken windshield back in and told me he would come back with matters were straightened out (very nice guy). Finally after a couple hours everything came together, information was found, the tech returned installed and calibrated the windshield. In all there was 3-4 hours on the phone between the three calls and a better part of a day gone having the windshield installed. I will be very hesitant to use Safelite again. I am glad for those who had a better experience. read more

Scheduled appointment through USAA to use Safelite, USAA's recommended auto glass repair vendor. The appointment was scheduled same day 12 noon to 5 pm. At approximately 30 minutes before the appointment was to expire at 5 pm I check on www.safelite.com to see when the tech was coming. Once online the appointment was rescheduled for the following day. I received not one phone call, text message (as I had for the appointment when it was scheduled) so I called the number in the text message to contact someone (800-800-2727) and the number is inoperable, not working, out of service. Calling USAA back, they patch me through to Safelite reps to which I am told the appointment was changed on their part. I asked why I didn't receive a call or message stating so.....(crickets chirping) no answer, and I also told the rep that the 800 number is no good!!! So all in all a very bad experience and bad customer service...on to "The Glass Dr" and advised USAA to change their vendor for auto glass repair. read more

Had an insurance replacement done here. Easy and fast - good customer service and friendly. Then, Had a problem with the replacement. Expecting the worst - I took it back and they went above and beyond, to make it their problem - and not mine. Again, no blame to them on the problem - and yet they went the extra mile to make it right. You expected the worst and get the best. *thumbs up* read more

I obtained several quotes from other companies, and Safelite was the most reasonably priced. They came to my house on schedule and replaced my windshield within an hour. Everything was left cleaner than when they found it. read more
