This has got to be the hands down worst company and staff I have ever heard of in my life. We had our vehicle burglarized and a window was shattered. Called and made the 1st appointment for repair and we had to wait a week. On the day of the appointment nobody showed up, no call, just nothing. When I called to ask about the appointment they told me "it was cancelled". Made another appointment, they brought out the wrong window. Appointment 3 was a no call no show, appointment 4 they brought a second "wrong window" and appointment 5 was canceled without any notice it communication, or even an explanation. After 5 tries this company is clearly too INCOMPETENT to do anything. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Made an appointment to have a crack in my windshield repaired. Safelite checked with my insurance company and verified I had zero out of pocket expenses. I received several text and email reminders. We arrived about 45 minutes early and were met with a friendly greeting and the technician, Phillip, pulled my vehicle into the garage immediately. My mothers name is Lisa Malham about a week ago she got someone to come out and replace her windshield it took them about a hour then they left. We thought it was fine but nope, now the piece that goes over the glass and helps keep it in place has popped up almost completely, we've tried taping and gluing it back down but it won't stick, I don't know what they did to it but we want it fixed. read more

i will never use safelite again. first the mirror fell off. tried to call and text to talk to someone and never got anyone. i had to drive back to west monroe from crossett arkansas which is about 50 miles and they put it back on. the same day my wife was at work in monroe and got off at 5pm and it was raining and her wipers wouldn't work and she had to drive the 50 miles back to crossett in the rain with no wipers. the young girl they had change out the windshield took the wiper arms off in the up position and put them back on in the down position after replacing the windshield so when you turned them on they tried to go down instead of up. she was not qualified. plus she didn't clean the glass off the dash or vaccum it off the floor. my wife was not a happy person nor was i so no we will not use safelite again at least not the one on 700 stella street in west monroe la. I used them a week ago. The worker was friendly and communicative, even after I accidentally told him the wrong year of my vehicle. He came Tuesday and found out the information I provided was incorrect and still squeezed me in the following day so he would be prepared with the correct windshield. He replaced the windshield while I was at work, so I did not need to take the day off. He even vacuumed the car. I have never been treated with such kindness and respect by a car-servicing company. I will definitely use them again. I am happy with the finished product. It rained the other day, and the new wipers they put on my car worked better than any wiper I've ever purchased! read more
