That is not their location, yet people continue to show up here thinking it is. Their actual office is in Fairfield, which is a completely different city. Because of this, the people who actually work at 601 University Ave constantly have to explain to confused visitors that they are in the wrong place and will now have to drive all the way to Fairfield. Many of these individuals have already spent time driving here expecting to find the office, only to be turned away and told they now have an even longer trip ahead of them. It is honestly incredibly inconsiderate to put people through this. Some of the individuals showing up are already stressed or on tight timelines because they are dealing with important documentation. Sending them to the wrong city because outdated information hasn't been corrected is frustrating, avoidable, and frankly careless. Updating an address across communications and listings is not difficult. Continuing to allow people to be misdirected like this shows a lack of attention and consideration for both your customers and the businesses who have to repeatedly redirect them. Please fix your address information so people stop being sent to the wrong place.

The service also feels overly commercial. I requested a copy of my official transcripts to be sent digitally via email--they charged $60 for this, and it has been over a week with no delivery. Overall, this has been a costly and frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend ERES based on their pricing, evaluation accuracy, and lack of timely follow-through.

You meet with the director of education, Cindy, every month to look at the progress of your student. They are very flexible if you need to move your hours you just need to communicate with them. My daughter enjoys the reward system they have and absolutely loves the tutors, specially Pio, Mss Olivia, Miss Emily and Mss Norma. I have seen improvement in my daughter's reading and math already, and she is showing more confidence about school overall.

My wedding dress cost about $100 for dry cleaning and preservation in a nice keepsake box. My husband's barong Tagalog cost $19 to dry clean and his undershirt for the barong cost $6.99. We opted for pick up and delivery to our home. Service was friendly and our clothes came back in great condition. I went in store to pay for my order since my card wasn't working for the online payment. I was able to speak with one of the owners, Cleo, who was very kind and you could tell he is passionate about his business. Parking was easy and the inside of the laundromat was clean. The only I issue I had was that the delivery date for my dress was incorrect. I waited at home from 8 AM to 12 PM (the estimated timeframe of delivery) the day our laundry was supposed to be delivered and ended up calling the store to inquire where it was. I think the company can improve by giving a more accurate delivery date for special items like wedding dresses or update the customer via text or phone call if the expected delivery date has changed. Thankfully, my husband was able to be home on the new delivery date to receive our clothes. That being said, I still had an overall great experience with Fresh Laundries due to the friendly service, ease of booking the dry cleaning service, fair price, and the outcome of the dry cleaning. I would definitely use them again if I need something else dry cleaned in the future.

She let me know that sometimes it just a matter of replacing the port, but sometimes the board may need to be replaced as well. If that was the case, they would need to order that part. Found out the next day that the part would need to be ordered. Even with that, they repaired the phone within a week and everything is working 100%.
