At first, I was a bit hesitant with my child's bilingual challenges but they were able to combat any challenges with communication either by having me present or with little communication they were able to get by because they care. The school in general has improved in a positive way and staff is friendly outside of instructors. There are lockers for males, females, and family. Upstairs you will find four individual pools with instructors teaching different levels. On the main floor you will find a section for infants to play, screens for your child to watch tv if they are not in class, and a screen to watch your child via monitor incase you'd prefer they are not nervous and can focus without the parents/guardians presence. You have to find the instructor that can work for your child's needs. If they move up a level you then have to see if the same instructor can accommodate your schedule being that if your child moves up a level that means you need to find what times and days that instructor is teaching. The good thing is that staff does their best to accommodate your child's since a child/parent may prefer one instructor over another.

My one gripe was the curriculum. Not sure if it's because we were enrolled in a more *beginner* type class, but I would have loved for them have included some more techniques. I thought my child would learn to float / tread water and they did not. We were also told one particular class would have the children being in the pool in regular clothing, a technique to help prevent drowning. This never happened. A little disappointing. Overall, would recommend and will be reenrolling my children.

Being that last week's lesson was a tad bit unorganized and as to how the new instructors seemed overwhelmed with the triplets. Having called over this worrying issue, we were greeted my a young employee who had taken in our complaints accordingly and respectfully. That is, however, until we receive a phone call a few moments later from the Owner/Director Glenn, who began to use a sense of slander-ace words and attitude alike. Stating, "You may have been nervous, but I wasn't, If you are not happy with the classes, then move on." All in a tone that would normally not even be thought of in a professional setting. Adding insult to injury, he also rudely made a sexist remark on my marriage before hanging up abruptly. As a mother of triplets with a full time job and barely any time to spare, this is unacceptable and unprofessional to any degree of business.

The pool as in the structure is great and great location…read more I went Saturday July 6, 2024. This was my very first visit and my very last visit. The staff is extremely unorganized. There are alot of kids/teenagers parentless skipping the line. That matters because they have a limit... I think like 130.. I could be wrong it may be a bit more. The wait times are extremely long! I waited in line like an hour to get a wrist ban, (this is because the pool closes like an hour and if you want to be anywhere near the start of the line you better be there top of the prior hour) we got sent to another line after the wrist ban line to be let in after the pool was to open back up. After the start time elapsed, we were all still standing there another half hour or so. Then they started letting the folks on the line still receiving wristbands in before us. They need better staff there that actually give a F and can handle and police the crowd of children better. Speaking of police! There are police there, they did absolutely nothing except drive their car back and forth on a foot path that was over crowded with people. Very unsafe... they should park the car and patrol the park on foot. Veteran officers would have def known better. When the crowd of people didn't move fast enough, they blew the siren.. not the extremely loud one, but still. Once We finally got into the pool, there were so many people mosty kids/teenagers horse playing that made it impossible to even enjoy the experience. We stayed about half an hour and left. We ended up playing in the sprinklers at the front of the park the remainder of the night and had a blast. For a good time, def do not go to this pool. The park is dope though.

The park is very secluded from everything so not many people know about it which could be a good thing. The staff are friendly and do their job right, they will not let you into the pool without a proper swimming suit. Parking is free and depending on the season, they run events for the members. Membership is $600 i think but you can bring as many people as you want as long as you pay $5 each. We go on a weekly basis during the summer months to the pool. They have a baby pool, 1 ft deep, one 4 feet deep with a slide and 1 full lap 5ft deep with 7 lanes and a diving pool. All manned with a lifeguard at all times. Besides alloying you to use their BBQ area, they have a cafeteria where they sell, burgers, hotdogs fried Oreo cookies.. etc.. THEY are delicious and prices are pretty good. During halloween they set up a hunted forest and i loved it. one down side for me is that people bring their BBQ grills and leave them there all year and we cant use them, so usually dont know which bench is taken or not.
