I had a very challenged order with Safety Depot, but they absolutely did come through on time.

However, the return flight was fraught was frustration and disappointment, including a total of 5 delays for a total of 7h and 29m sequestered to gate 7 in Rapid City's airport. I was pretty frustrated and angry, but once I learned what the company did in attempts to prevent everyone involved from being stranded, I completely understood and am now sympathetic to the cause. I would actually choose Allegiant Air again if their route was the most convenient, even with the possibility of being shipwrecked by them again... because they do try and they do care

This particular experience is regarding the purchase of tickets. I recently learned that if you…read morehave the opportunity to purchase tickets at the counter, you can save roughly $40 per round trip which is essentially the convenience/admin fee online, but there are specific parameters on how to do so... It has to be during their allotted or scheduled hours for the airport Which is extremely limited and as of this review is from 12:00 - 1:00 pm. Every other day they are considered "closed". I did inquire with the agent if it really was only on Sundays, which she said they can sometimes do it during other hours right before or after a flight, but not guaranteed and depends whose working that day. Secondly, though they have various lines and have signs saying "All Services", you have to go to the very end, along the wall for tickets and oddly enough there is no sign. Because the hours are so limited, travelers will book multiple sets of tickets at once and their system or process is not built around efficiency, We had about 10 or so people ahead of us and were in line for almost an hour. Again, some of these travelers were booking numerous tickets, so it would take longer, but they really don't set anyone up for success and you have to provide all the standard info you need for a flight, but verbally then need to confirm. So as you can imagine, not the quickest process. It would make a lot more sense if they have forms that could be prefilled to help streamline the process. We had three round trip tickets to book so saved about $120 for our hour of time, was it worth it? In this particular case, yes, but time is money too, so one ticket, maybe not, but it's all relative. You do also have to pay for parking, which luckily is not too steep in Mesa and was a few bucks for the hour. I do not quite understand why more work for the staff leads to more affordable or cheaper tickets, but is an option for those traveling and if you have many tickets to book!

Dukes bought Suretemp, who installed the 4 ton Trane heat pump for my upstairs. Dukes installed my Mitsubishi mini split 1 ton workshop heat pump. Dukes quoted me a Lennox 4 ton unit for my downstairs. I prefer Trane, but the price difference was not worth it. The Lennox price was less than I expected. Turned out the Lennox air handler would not fit in the appropriate space? A Trane would, so they sold me the more expensive Trane unit for the same price! Who does that? --- I would have agreed to a sensible increase in price? --- But NO! They did it FOR THE SAME PRICE? I'll wager they lost money on this deal, but they still did a thorough and professional installation. These guys walk on water in my world. I will NEVER call anybody else for A/C work. Never. Duke's rocks.

Never ever use this crooked company! I initially decided in Dukes of Air in May 2016 after our…read morecondo air unit bit the dust during a hot memorial weekend and the only online venue back then that was avail was Yelp- no Nextdoor, no Reddit... even though this company was bought out- I'm sure several of the original techs still are there doing the same crappy work-- see photos! I had them come out YEAR after YEAR and each time the tech would complain about what the last did. Aside from making a disgusting mess with all of the black tar over my closet room, the front and back concrete patio- they did a Jerry Rig Each and every time! And they stripped the screws and bolts badly. This hvac co. came out for biannual maintenance check -- which obviously doesn't include removal and cleaning of blower wheel and housing, nor does it include cleaning out the water outflow drainage tube that collects foliage debris; which then cause water backup prompting another service call. Btw. I promptly dumped the monthly service fee to get two "system checks" a year because it seems like once they find something- it's due to the last years of other techs doing absolutely nothing! They're all young and lazy looking to make a quick buck and likely forced by the corporate man to sell sell service repair upsell!! I'm not looking over their shoulder step by step and asking what are you doing, what does this mean? But I will for sure moving forward!! I keep my air at 77 and not lower, so there's not a huge stress. They noted a slow leak last February and suggested a leak test. I didn't do it at the time since he said it was slow. Two guys come out, in their separate top of the line Mercedes vehicles, and tell me I need my coil replaced; which is covered under warranty and scared me into schedule replacement for refrigeration leak and coil replacement along with the blower wheel cleaned, because, as the tech said look at what your breathing in (photo). No I am not - that's why there's a filter used inside, but still-well my bi yearly maintenance should include that cleaning!! And why wasn't this brought to my attention in the previous years??!Lazy arses. Since the coil is covered under warranty I was quoted 4 hours labor, coils replacement and fan cleaned and refrigerant at $$$2400!! The next company I used --Larson, a certified Trane dealer- said No leak!! Don't use them either, a grand less as they said no coil leak! But $1550 for refrigerant you can get on FB for free mixed with the new stuff at $15 a lbs and you mark up it up! I'm telling you these dumb techs don't know squat. Then how the heck did refrigerant leak in an enclosed system?? Hey Dukes if Air-/IF the coil is covered under warranty then why am I being charged for it?? This is with my gold member discount since they have serviced my unit exclusively since day one. If it is a slow leak why would the coil need to be replaced? The guy last Feb said it could wait until next year, but the guys today said that it could cause my compressor to blow! Yet my neighbors have their original unit from 30 yrs ago still working?? And-- it was very obvious that they both had to return to the vehicle to come up with a price each time. It was obvious one lead sales guy was teaching a newer guy how to reel the money in for repairs to be done as a quick fix for a couple grand-NOT getting to the root cause. 1) Bad recommendation to use Trane 2) Crap duct work done from day one 3) Crooked, Dumb or Lazy techs thereafter Lastly, the 5 stars are from friends and family members of the hvac techs and owners- it's ALL BS!! And use ai to do your homework and get at least 7 quotes! Find an individual or small business and let these big companies rip off Richie poos!

The young tech who came out was polite, but he told me early on that the dark areas on the couch were "worn fibers" and not dirt. He said he removed oils, dander, and surface dirt, but the dark spots wouldn't come out. I wasn't totally convinced and asked how many times he had gone over it -- he showed me again and it got a little lighter, but still not clean. When I asked about hot water or steam, he said their solution was just "warm water". After an hour and a half of cleaning two couches and two recliners, I paid over $500. Fast forward to tonight... and the couches still looked dirty. So I grabbed my small handheld Shark steamer, used boiling water, and got a ton of dirty water as the result. Let's just say I'm feeling a little frustrated that my tiny handheld did more than the professional service I paid for. See photos on the one seat the left was his job and the right was me cleaning with the shark. So disappointing and you can see all the dirt the Shark removed.

If you are looking to take a glider ride or getting a glider license this is the place to do it…read more It's not the cheapest but it will most likely be the fastest. They operate most every day the weather allows and in AZ that's almost every day. They have several instructors with several different personalities. Another reviewer said they didn't particularly like the owner. I could see how some people might not like his style. You are learning to fly. Not be polite. I get along with Jason just fine and he's been my instructor on all but a couple flights. If you're looking for a thrill take the aerobatic ride. It's more fun than any roller coaster you've ever been on. If roller coasters aren't your thing the just take the regular ride. Either ride lasts about 20 minutes. Did I mention gliding isn't cheap. The best time to take a ride or learn in AZ is in the winter. The days are cool and the air is smooth. You don't stay up as long but you learn more. As it gets hotter out you can stay up longer riding the thermals but it's definitely a lot bumpier. The cost. A lot. They have the averages but no one is average. An hour of dual instruction costs $75 for the instructor. But that kind of misleading. You pay a min of 20 min per flight. Many of your flights will be 10 min. The same for the plane. In my case since I'm 240 lbs I need to fly the more expensive glider that is also a little harder to learn in. $75 an hour for that and the same min of 20 minutes. Now add in the tow plane. $50 for the first thousand feet and $1.50 per hundred after that. $150 a flight average is probably a good rule of thumb. They say that the numbers of flights to solo is about your age. I'm closer to 60 than 16 so it took me about 57 flights to solo. Add to that I have thousands of hours in airplanes from Cessna 150's to Airbus 320's. If you find yourself exceeding what it takes to get a private license and you have enough or almost enough time to go for the commercial license then get it. The standards for a commercial aren't really any harder to learn than the standards for a private pilot. The cost now says to get a private pilot airplane license are around 12k. (What I just paid for my 19 yo son). For my commercial glider add on rating. About the same. Flying gliders isn't cheap. But it is fun and challenging.
