When we questioned them, they said that we had dogs so that was why they did not go back there. But the dogs are kept in a room in the house and not allowed to run free . the backyard is not fenced so they just had to walk around the house to the backyard to enter In the end, they accused us of being in the wrong somehow and through extensive negotiation, we received half of our deposit back, Owner Mike Linn was smooth and charming in the beginning and was at the end, rude raised his voice to me , and accused us of lying. Which is remarkable since all we wanted was a simple backyard Landscape design. We feel fortunate to have escaped with minimal emotional and financial damage. You might make sure to look at all the reviews because if you go far enough down the list you will see some serious negative situations that have occurred with this company. This is not an opinion. It's a matter of public record . For example AI found a quantity of negative performance reviews in a variety of circumstances for this company .
