Do not let this very staged before picture fool you, the house had little curb appeal. I wish we had taken a more realistic before picture; it wasn't pretty. Patches of brown grass, dying vegetation, and dirt patches would have been on display. We replaced the dead grass and vegetation with tropical plants that thrive in shade. Plus we removed the old brick boundary around the oak tree with small bushes. Finally we created a beautiful walkway from our sidewalk to driveway. We were very vocal with Henry that we wanted lots of tropical colors present. I will confess that I was slightly demanding throughout the process and Henry responded with the utmost professionalism. As a result, we now have a front yard that far exceeds our expectations. Henry also worked tirelessly to meet our timeframe and budgetary requirements. No need to look for a second quote.
